The garden is really pretty and makes for lovely photos and time to relax. The pool is amazing, it’s big it’s deep so you can swim (would only advice you take care as it goes quite deep, 8ft +)

Not really a dislike but the ceiling is quite low, I’m 6ft and my head was a couple cm away from the top, but again that wasn’t a problem at all. Only thing we didn’t really like was the door to our apartment/villa doesn’t have a lock, so at anytime anyone can come in and by that I mean random people at night as it doesn’t have a lock! Final thing was that during our stay we had to leave for an entire afternoon due to gardeners being there, and although that was fine with us it would’ve been nice to have some notice on this.

The host was very friendly, met me when I arrived and showed me all around. The garden is beautiful and there are many nice places for morning coffee nearby. The market and supermarket are near and it takes about 10 minutes by car to go to the beach..

The gardens are large and fully developed with wonderful foliage and plants from around the world. There are many different places to sit and relax or eat during the summer weather. The kids very much enjoyed the swimming pool and tennis court. The hosts were charming and always very helpful.

The villa is not modernised and has very little space as the host family's possessions are still present everywhere, in and on drawers, wardrobes, cupboards, sideboards, bookshelves, table tops, etc. The master bedroom and bed was very small and none of the bedrooms were ensuite. There was very little available space in the bedrooms so our suitcases had to serve as cupboards on the floor for many of our clothes and belongings. The bedroom furniture and most equipment is quite old and worn and the electrics and plumbing needs serious renovation - bother internally and externally. The swimming pool depth starts at 1m 40cm or so, but then drops over a ledge to 2m 50cm almost instantly. Non-swimmers and kids must be very careful and we were always conscious of the dangers.
