Very quite and a peaceful location. Big house and great layout! No problems with home and kitchen comes fully loaded with everything u need!

We had a wonderful family beach vacation at this home. The home is beautifully decorated and has clean sheets and bath towels. The kitchen has all of the dishes and cooking appliances we needed. The golf cart was so convenient to get to the beach and the nearby park for the kids. They loved seeing all of the deer that walk around all day. The beach was just like being in FL - we went to the beach every day for hours. It was a great family vacation!

We couldn’t have loved this property more. Traveling with our 5-year-old—the layout and amenities made everything so easy. The golf cart for easy access to the beach and nearby playground, garage access, and countless little touches. Super clean too—can’t remember the last time I felt comfortable that the dishes and kitchen things didn’t need to be pre-washed before I used them. Thank you for making this such a visitor-friendly place to stay.

My friends and I enjoyed the property and the location. Having easy access to the beach and basketball court/park made it easy to stay in the neighborhood and enjoy the seclusion. We would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a weekend trip.

Very comfortable and child friendly. We have a three and five year old so the carpet was perfect to avoid any accidents going up and down the stairs. Would like to return in the summertime near beach. They are building a house next door but since we were there on a holiday weekend there was no noise. The neighborhood is really cute with a lot of trees and nature surrounding . The golf cart is a plus but I’m sure it is used a lot more in the summer. There was a heavy snowstorm so the scenery was really nice. There’s a lot of kitchen appliances with the house for baking and or cooking. The house was clean i did bring a lot of extra stuff just in case (towels/ clean sheets) but everything was clean.

When we got there it was easy to access the house, and going inside was so clean! It was an amazing experience. The only downside (this was out of the owners hands) was the fact of new construction going on right next door almost the entire time of our stay. Besides that the property was beautiful.

Lots of space, nice to have the golf cart, great for families. No backyard but grill, hot tub. Very helpful and responsive hosts.

We've been coming to Long Beach / Michiana for years and had a wonderful stay at this property. The golf cart is a huge plus and makes getting to the beach manageable and easy. They had everything we needed to for a beach day - chairs, umbrella boogie boards. Matt, the property owner, was extremely responsive with any questions we had and made our stay really wonderful. Would definitely return!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub and golf cart to the beach were great!

Overall we had a great stay. Was disappointed that the gas ran out when we used it For the first time. Owner offered to reimburse if we picked up another tank but we decided not to. The downstairs bar area needed cleaning but no big deal we didn't use it. The location was wonderful close to everything. The keyless entry door would not fully lock. Owner sent someone to look at it. They got it to lock. And we were not to use that door after that just to be safe. I would not consider the house completely Toddler friendly. They had glass coasters and decor on the coffee table, Which was very tempting for a toddler. The stairs are steep but manageable. I gave would've been helpful but not Necessary. The hammock wasn't hanging up outside but I think it may have been in the garage not certain. The yard in the back was roped off as if it had been surveyed or something. Not sure what that was about. Saw a group emptier on the first morning it was lovely. A little disappointed at the icemaker didnt work. But no big deal. Smoke sector started beeping one night. Couldn't figure out which one. It was intermittent. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back. The location was really perfect for everything the casino either direction the beach very close. It was a nice retreat after a year of being cooped up and taking care of loved ones. The place was clean. The hamper was left downstairs but we located it for the towels. The golf cart was a lot of fun we enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our spring break at this house. We enjoyed using the gold cart and the hot tub. The house was in clean, cozy condition. We will very likely stay here again in the future.

Matt was very prompt and helpful. Home is spacious, but cozy. Amenities and location are excellent for a small group with or without kids. Will visit again with a small group in the summer!

First off, Matt the owner was a great communicator before we arrived, during our stay and afterward. The home is just like the pictures, wonderfully decorated. You feel like you are a guest in someone's home. My only comment will be to shampoo the carpets, there were sporadic muddy boot prints. I will definitely stay here again

Took the golf cart around the neighborhood. Beautiful woods and hills. Close to a park with playground, though we didn’t have any kids with us. Enjoyed the hot tub at night!

This house is really nice! There were 4 adult women there and the house could have slept more. Nice quiet neighborhood near Lake Michigan. The hot tub on the back deck was really nice after a day of shopping!

House was perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Had a blast exploring the area on the golf cart. Excellent communication with owner. He was always very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again myself.

Highly recommend this property for a few reasons. First would be location, the wooded neighborhood this house is located in is so quaint and we saw many deer! We loved riding the golf cart through the neighborhood to take in the sights. We played (and fell in love with) pickle ball at the park that's super close. There are 4 pickle ball courts and 1 tennis court, plus a regular basketball hoop and one for small kids. Our kids (ages 5 & 8) loved the playground. It's nice and shaded! This location is also great because it's 10 minutes from Michigan City Indiana or 10 minutes from downtown New Buffalo. We traveled 25 minutes north to Warren Dunes State Park and also 35 minutes north to Silver Beach in St Joseph (highly recommend!!). The beach that's accessible in the neighborhood is small and pretty rocky but our kids loved collecting the rocks! We did watch a sunset from the beach and could see Chicago, which was very cool! The house is well maintained and super spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. We loved the backyard area and enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub almost every night. The enclosed patio is perfect for morning coffee and checking work emails before the day started. The basement was our gaming area each night after we put the kids to sleep, so it was great to have this separate space from them. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions! Definitely will rebook this property!

It was a very nice change of pace. The golf cart, lake, Hot tub And pickleball park added a lot. Great place for a family to relax and enjoy some time together.
