The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Staff are happy and friendly. The attached restaurant has great meals at good prices and a very comfortable atmosphere.

This motel is aging a little and the rooms are a little on the small size but the comfort factor is definitely still there.

I expected better for the price. The ensuite needed a good clean. The bed lamps weren't plugged in and when we moved the bed out to fix that it was obvious it hadn't been moved for a while. The mattress needed to be replaced cos it sank in the middle.

Overall, I had a great experience. Staff are incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, and clean.

It was comfortable but could have been cleaner. We could see the spider webs hanging from the roof.

Staff/owners were rude and could have been more hospitable.

The manager kindly gave us a toaster as the room does not have one and, as we were reminded, is only meant to provide tea/coffee making facilities. So the microwave was a bonus, especially as we needed it to heat water for a cup of tea as the kettle was so gross. Sheets were clean at least.

The room had an enduring sewerage odour coming from the bathroom plumbing that could only be masked by having the aircon fan on throughout the night. The bathroom was unappealing and very dated and grimy. The kettle was dirty on the outside, scale on the inside. At night, we found lots of bugs/mozzies coming in from the gap under the door, which we blocked with a towel. Our experience was not aligned with the reviews, sadly. And, after a long drive, this rest stop was far from restful.

Bathroom VERY small and in need of renovation. We got home on the 2nd night (after office hours) and the cleaners had only left 1 towel. WiFi not working. Management blamed the weather. Would have been more honest to admit to having a poor system. No hair-dryer....wife not happy!

Bathroom small Blind did not work in Room 5 but to thew staff's credit they told us about it befoire we used the room

Bed was comfy, but it moved all around the room, disabled shower water went all over the place pretty dangerous, had bikies next door very noisy started up their motor bikes reving up every couple of minutes starting at 7am , & they talked & laughed till late around midnight not much sleep had.
