Everything was great

Staff were pleasant, responsive. Breakfasts were good. Rooms comfortable.

Housekeeping was a little lax. Same trash/stain noted in corner of elevator from our arrival till checkout. Noise from 1-81 may be an issue for some light sleepers

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, answered all questions in a friendly manner.

Pool too small no hottub.

Friendly staff, entire hotel was clean and well maintained, the view from our room was great, and it was very quiet.

Could not figure out the heating (not sure it was working because it was freezing cold when we entered the room) and then the heater ran and never shut off so we had to completely turn unit off!!

Due to technical problems I booked one room twice. The hotel told me that it is no problem, because I just have to call booking.com to cancel the room. I did that and booking.com reacted very quick and just needed the confirmation of the hotel to cancel it. The hotel never answered, not via Email, not via Booking.com and not via telephone. I could not be more disappointed.

Loved the design of the hotel and room layout. Staff was very nice. Liked the choice of pillow firmness as well. Breakfast was good.

Strong disinfectant smell in the room. There is no soundproofing to the outside. The highway traffic kept us awake most of the night. The smoke detector also flashed a bright green light every minute. The bed was a little soft for our taste. The duvet was too low on bed.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, shower was nice and a very good breakfast.
