we liked having a mini kitchen right in the room. the bed was very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean.

The bathroom light and fan automatically turned on when you entered. Room lights shut off automatically and you had to go to the entry area to get them to come back on. Very loud commotion at about 1:30 am. Woke us up and was hard getting back to sleep.

Breakfast is very spartan. Also, it was raining when we arrived. No covered receiving area to unload under. Not a great way to start our stay.

the property was so clean, and newly renovated/built. it is a non-smoking building too. it felt good to stay somewhere that didn’t stink like people used to smoke there 20 years ago. the room was very spacious and included a full size fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave. the hotel offered many appliances you can borrow as well. a simple continental breakfast is offered, which includes muffins, waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal. breakfast is offered from 6:00-9:00am

it was easy to hear other guests. nothing disturbing, but we could hear people in the next room coughing at night, and talking in the hallway (and they were not loud at all). The hotel could benefit from some sound proofing.

It was clean and accessible.

No meats or eggs. Nothing in the kitchens to cook our diet based foods. No dishware and cookingware.

Staff was absolutely lovely and most accommodating. They are always available in a number of ways and went out of their way to make our stay great

There was a very loud family above us. No fault of the staff, and they were able to help us get some sleep.

The breakfast was adequate but expected more...basic...cold cereal, fruit juice and coffee is basic...wished for something hot but it was all good end enough to last till lunch

The room was not clean. We had candy and hair on the carpet. The room smelled and we asked for towel, toilet paper and soap. We were told to come down and get it ourselves. When we went down we were told they were out of towels. We paid $607 for three nights. I think we should have been given some towels and soap for that much money.
