Home and pool were wonderful, and had great communication with the property owner.

Overall a wonderful big family home. Nice large living room and pool area. Home could use a good deep clean, upgrades and patio furniture.

This place was perfect for my family. We had plenty of room for everyone. It’s very nice and clean and exactly as described. We would recommend to stay here if you’re in the area.

This place was by far one of the best we have stayed at since going to bike week every year. The hosts were very accommodating, if it needed fixed it was done properly. We’re available for any questions, and helpful with information to local things. Positive criticism, something’s are a little dated and can use updates and back yard could be cleared and landscaping done for overall look but not necessary, just an opinion. Loved the place!

My mom, sister, nephew, husband, our two pups & myself rented this house for 6 days in February. Our niece was having a baby at a nearby hospital so we booked it at the last minute. Danielle did not disappoint. She even personally delivered warm cookies! This house is set up with high end, quality products. Luxury & comfort you never find in a rental home. ie: Cariloha towels, Calphalon pots & pans. Fully stocked coffee bar, every appliance you'd need from a Kitchen Aid mixer, a Ninja blender, an air fryer, crock pots, dishes, bakeware, spices and every gadget you need! We had a great time cooking in her fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom is connected to a small bedroom, perfect if you have small children you'd like to have nearby or for an office. The other two bedrooms are across the house. You'll find comfortable beds, tv's in each bedroom, plenty of games, even an xbox! There's a new, large capacity Maytag washer and dryer for your use. Outside in back, you'll find a sweet little gas firepit, comfee chairs and a gas heater area. Plus, a built in pool & hot tub fully cage in a beautifully wild jungle backyard. What a fun place to hang out at the end of the day with a few cocktails! The home is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Parking in the garage was super convenient. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. You will not be disappointed Thank you Danielle & Tom. We will definitely return! ♡

This is a great home for families and friends to gather and spend quality time with each other. Plenty of comfortable space to spread out. The hosts have provided all the pool toys, games, and cozy comforts so that everyone will enjoy. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and a wonderful coffee bar. The hosts also provide goodies, coffee, tea, wine. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. There is plenty of sleeping spaces allowing privacy as well. The house is older so look with soft eyes. The neighborhood is middle to upper middle class walkable with great sidewalks and very friendly. You feel very safe and relaxed. The streets didn't seem busy. There is, a little less than a 20 min slow walk (1 mile) two great parks one that is very kid friendly with lots of things to climb and play and one that is with lots of grassy areas and picnic tables. And right there across the street and between the two is a General Store Ice Cream Parlor Coffee Shop . We were there on a business trip and needed a dog friendly place. This was great for us, one downside there isn't a fenced back yard, it's use leashes or have a well trained dog. We had a small issue that I need to call the host about and it was addressed immediately, professionaly and to my satisfaction. PS: all the conveniences for access to drugstores, food, shopping is nearby. HAVE FUN

I highly recommend this property! The house is large, the kitchen is very well stocked and the bed are so comfortable! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Danielle is the most amazing VRBO host I have ever experienced and I have rented many VRBOs in the past. I truly felt welcome and appreciated!! This should be your next VRBO rental!

Great location, great amenities, Pool and Hot tub were great after a day of riding, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Comfortable bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen had all pots, pans and utensils needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Daytona or durrounding area.

We had a great stay and loved how close to the beach and restaurants we were. The kids loved the pool and having their own rooms. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks which was great for walking our dogs. Highly recommend. We will be back next year:)

Clean and well stocked with the necessities and some splurges. You can tell the hosts care about the house and the guests stay. Highly recommend.

Only thing I would recommend changing is the sunlight on the roof. Sound horrible when it rains. Try a double pain clear glass. That will eliminate the noise.

Manager surprised us with snacks and wine upon our arrival. She was very responsive. Hot tub requires contact with manager. Our group didn’t use. Nice location. Easy commute for our event at Daytona International Speedway.
