Overall the place was not bad for the price and location. It was clean and well organized.

Management failed to send me the information to access the premises in a timely manner. I was told over the phone the day before my check in that I was going to get a email and a text message with the information of door code, Wi-Fi and whatever else by 3:00pm on check in date. I never got it. By the time I arrived to Dallas, TX for my connecting flight to Lawton, OK around 8:30pm I called the phone number provided on website and it took me to a voicemail because the office closed at 8:00pm. I arrived to the apartment area little after midnight and had the chance to talk to some of the people staying at the facilities they tried to help me looking for ways to get in contact with management at no avail. NO 24 HOUR EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER TO CALL?! I called the next morning to be told that a email was sent out to me and I never got it. I’m owned a night and these people didn’t have the decency to refund me.

The apartment was so big and comfortable!
