Il resort è bellissimo, adiacente a una delle spiagge più belle dell isola, villette molto curate, all interno c è un ottimo ristorante con piscina e bar. Tutto molto pulito, sembra un paradiso, se vi viene a trovare una splendida cagnolina è la mascotte del resort, anche lei ha contribuito a rendere questa vacanza una favola.. noi l abbiamo chiamata Wendy😄
La posizione se si vuole uscire anche solo per fare la spesa o fare due passi x uscire la sera ti obbliga al noleggio di un mezzo. Uniche 2 note negative: la ragazza venuta a fare il controllo per il check out ci ha fatto pagare un bicchiere rotto x sbaglio 100 thb (€2.5), un po' esagerato.. e purtroppo avevamo anche un paio di pipistrelli sul tetto che ogni mattina ci lasciavano i resti del pasto notturno in veranda vicino al tavolo. Nulla di grave comunque, rimane un soggiorno che consigliamo.

Stranden er ren og ok. Dog er det et problem at der ikke er vand pga ebbe allerde ved 12 tiden.
Der er ingen ligge stole ved stranden, kun nogle få gamle nogle. Der er ingen indkøbs muligheder på resortet, man skal helt oppe til byen. Der bliver kun skiftet hånd klæder en gang ,selvom vi havde 7 nætter. Skralde spanden bliver ikke tømt trods varmen og der er kun rengøring en gang på de 7 dage. Virkeligt uhygiejnisk,det med skraldet. Vi forsøgte flere gange at påtale det, men intet blev bedre. Vi havde en baby ,der brugte ble, det blev det ikke bedre af. Der er store vanskeligheder med kommunikationen hos personalet ved receptionen. Vi mistede en taxa til færgen, som ikke kom , trods personalet sagde de havde bestilt den. Vi tjekkkkede enda op på om den var bestilt 2 gange.

Unfortunately the magnificent pool was closed for one day for maintenance.

Lovely family friendly location on the quieter side of Koh Chang.
The house has a nice pool which was great to jump into and relax in the evening.

I booked 3 villas for my big family, brothers, kids in total 17 people. We liked the Thai lady Dzin (she asked to call her so, her Thai name was difficult to pronounce) who arranged the villas for us. The lady who was cleaning the rooms was also pleasant.
we booked as a one group but one villa was very far from two others, it was at the another end of villages.
When we asked to give us villas close to each other, the lady (she even didn't introduce herself), who said that she is from Russia, was really impolite with us, instead of seeking the solution she recommended to Ms. Dzin to call police and asked us to contact Booking.com as Booking didn't pay them money and they will reimburse. She was just encouraging 17 people to complain to Booking, which could easily downgrade the rating of this property. The owner of this property should think about usefulness of this "lady from Russia" for his business.

Nice standalone house, with small private pool and very close to the very large resort pool. Pretty view over some artificial lake around a golf course. The whole resort was quiet (admittedly it was low season and early post-corona, so your mileage may vary). Don't count on using the beaches too much - they are not the cleanest, and in the water you'll also see plenty of floating crap.
In the immediate area there are no reasonably priced food options - the restaurants in the resort are quite pricey. Outside, on the main road, there are plenty of decent options though, including some convenience stores.
This being a tropical island, you will encounter (small) geckos in the house even if you keep everything closed.

- villa had so many kitchen amenities including grill and knives and bottle openers
- rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable
- staff very responsive
- location is excellent with secluded beach that was much more relaxing and quiet than white sand
- small private pool was excellent
- power short circuited on the second day so the first floor room had no power for 2 days
- lock was hard to operate
- wifi signal was weak and slow, especially second floor
