This property was well located. Right next to beach. The inside of our condo was very clean. The outside needs work. Most the screens were ripped out on sliding glass doors. Lock was difficult to lock. Door closure on main door broken .Did call management and got an acknoledgement of things wrong, but did not come and fix door, which could have been very unsafe if we had children with. We did have a great vacation. If we return would only go if i knew it was maintained better.

The condo was nice and clean. The view was spectacular. My husband is in a wheelchair so it was easy for him to maneuver around. The master bathroom was a little tight, but he was able to use it. Access to the beach was also good because of the path going out to the beach. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our time there. The only downfall was the master bed was not comfortable. Overall, we would come again.

This Panama City Beach condo offered everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was perfect on the quieter end of the beach and the view was amazing. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, taking long walks on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The extra chairs and boogie boards left behind by previous guests came in very handy!

The view can’t be beat, and the décor is updated and as pictured. It was a plus to have a TV in every bedroom and the kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were in good shape. Another plus was how quiet it was at night – very peaceful for sleeping, which leads me into the cons.The beds were very uncomfortable, and I tried every one of them. I know mattresses are a personal preference, but I felt that I needed to share my opinion. If you are just staying for a week or less, it may be fine, but when staying for an extended stay, a good night sleep is important.The other cons include things that I read about in reviews prior to my stay, and found out that they weren’t addressed, including ripped screens on the patio doors, a leaky faucet in one master, and a continuously running toilet in the other master.All and all I enjoyed my stay at Watercrest and had the beds been comfortable and some of the cons were addressed I would give this condo 5 stars

The unit was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Perfect layout allowed us all to have private space. This is our 3rd time staying at the Watercrest, and now it feels like our 2nd home. My only complaint would be the hot water. When we arrived it didn’t seem to be working, but we learned the next day that it took a long time to heat up. It only allowed for 1 shower every couple hours; some of us learned this the hard (cold) way. The screens on the slider were broken, but there are no bugs in December, so that didn’t affect our stay. The hot water handle in one en-suite leaked, but that didn’t really affect us. We just put a towel down to soak up the leak. I think the communication delays were my fault, so maybe that should’ve been a 5. Overall, it was a beautiful way to enjoy the quieter side of PCB over Christmas break.

We've been going to PCB for years staying on Thomas Drive. This was our first year staying her and our group really enjoyed it!

Stay was good but reall need to look at tolit handle in master, it stays on resulting in constant running of tolit if someone isnt aware - causing huge water loss. I watched it others may not. Also shower drains are extremely slow. This info is just an fyi for you to check. Other than that everything was fine. Thankyou. Was very clean.

Nice property no crowds easy parking and beach access

Property Manager was easy to work with, kept us informed of all happenings. Condo was as advertised, and is in good shape. Seems to be a newer property in PCB compared to others. Be advised this is not a gated property, if that means anything to you, it didnt matter to us. Overall very pleasant time and a very good location.

The property was just as pictured! It was perfect for our family, and the location is amazing. Coffee in the morning and dinner on the porch could not have been more relaxing. The Beach is. Right. There. On the beach in a few minutes, and it's easy to get back to the condo for lunch or just a break. The pool was wonderful and clean, and we all enjoyed evening pool time. The elevators were quick, and unloading your car coming and going was easy because of the carts provided. This property is in a quieter part of Panama City but close to everything. Walmart, restaurants, and fish markets were all within a few minutes. The property had plenty of room for the nine of us, and we never felt cramped. To be honest, it was the best place we have stayed at in a long time. Our property manager, Jonathan, was very helpful. He was always quick to answer my many questions. We will be back!

This condo is perfect for multi family. If I had to suggest anything it would be provide kitchen towels and dish clothes. We had a great time.

The place was amazing exactly what we expected. Unit is nice, large, easy to move about even with a group of 9. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the condo , it was room enough for 7 of us comfortably. But the 2 master bedrooms are in need of new mattresses. A recliner would be a nice touch to add.

Great location and management

This was our first time to Panama City and we will definitely be back! The condo was as listed….and served the purpose for a one week family vacation. The washer wasn’t working the first night … I emailed the host and the next day a repair man came out and fixed it…. I was impressed ! We enjoyed being on the 3rd floor… but sitting outside on the balcony was nearly impossible due to a couple of rowdy neighbors. But… not our hosts fault. All in all.. it was a very nice week.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo fit our needs perfectly. The only issue we had was the washer and dryer combo unit is very noisy. It still functions, just loud. We had no long waits for the elevators. Parking was super easy and plenty of parking spaces. This was a very quite community and made for a relaxing trip. We would recommend and stay at this unit again.

This was absolutely a perfect stay for our family. It was quiet, friendly and relaxing. My 88 yr old mother sat on the deck and watched us in the pool and on the beach. She felt like she was involved in it all. The condo itself is completely redecorated and felt like a home. The beds were all comfortable with nice linens. The sitting area was comfortable and we played many games around the table. It’s really as gorgeous as the pics. We loved having the three bedrooms and private baths. The pool has a small snack shop/bar and we walked to a couple nearby happy hours. The people were very friendly. The pool had taller chairs and chaises. It looks as though the rest of the condo is beginning to be updated as well. We highly recommend this for family trips. The beach was gorgeous and the man renting the chairs was great. Jet ski rentals and banana boy rides right out front too.

I booked this for a last-minute getaway. I chose it because of the furnishings style, the proximity to the beach and the price point. I had been looking at more expensive properties that didn’t have an ocean view. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be all that great… I was just hoping it would be “acceptable”. I was very pleasantly surprised – it was excellent! This rental is not opulent. However, the unit was very clean. The appliances and furnishings are in good condition with a nice beachy style. The view was terrific. The pool and spa were very clean. We had the patio doors open for most of our stay so we could listen to the waves --- and we didn’t have to worry about crowd noise. The pictures provided in the rental listing are accurate. This condo is in an older area… but the condition of the property was very good. When compared to other areas closer to Pier Park or Seaside, we found this location to be quieter and we could easily get to shopping and restaurants without the stagnant traffic. The beach in the panhandle this time of year is not as busy as the summer – but in some places there are still huge crowds. The beach outside of this condo had a few people on it throughout the day – but no big crowds. A building like this on the ocean takes a beating and weather/salt air can ruin the facilities very quickly if not properly maintained. The property is an older building, but the maintenance staff is excellent – you will see them every day quietly going about their business of keeping the building, the pool, the landscaping, etc. in top condition. For a condo that is rented much of the year, we were very happy with the overall condition. The only improvement I suggested to the management company was updating the dishes and cookware – they’re looking a bit overused.

My family and I have vacation in PCB for several years. The Watercrest condo is the best, location. We had great time. Hope to return next year.

Have never stayed at Water Crest, this was our first time staying in this unit on PCB, we usually stay at the condo 2 blocks down, this place was very roomy for all of our family, would definitely stay here again, the condo is very nice and updated, and this place is to convenient to everything, really like the fact that they keep this building super clean, they clean the stairwells, elevators, pool area daily, they keep it secured daily, the elevators worked perfectly, and love being on the 3rd floor, didn’t have any noise from the pool area at all! Will be staying here again next year! So glad to find this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, one of best views of ocean I have ever had, close to everything. It was really as described. I will say the ice maker is a normal freezer unit, not a stand alone. There was an ice vending machine on the property though so we did not really have to leave for anything. If we didn’t want to.
