This home was great! It was perfect for us as we were in Bella Vista visiting our kids and it was close to their home. The home was super clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and it had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we come back. Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Owners are friendly and helpful and responded to our cries for help when the A/C was struggling in triple digit weather. We enjoyed our stay and the visits from the furry forest animals.

House was well appointed and maintained. Beautiful view from the deck and private setting. The host had coffee pods for the single serve coffee maker along with all the essentials in an adorable coffee bar. There was a nice bike rack with a few bike maintenance supplies. Would highly recommend!

Very clean and organized. The owners have worked hard to make the stay easy and comfy. Very safe area. Definitely worth a stay for groups up to four!

House was great! Quiet neighborhood and a peaceful wooded view off the back deck. House is very clean and nicely decorated. Welcoming snack basket & cold waters were great upon arriving after our first round of golf.

First night was frigid. Woke up to 54 degree temperature. Heating system was not working and finally switched to emergency heat and warmed up slowly. Road noise on back deck was loud and the shower drain in the small bath was clogged. Water up to my ankles. Would not recommend this rental.

My brothers and I met up here to visit our mother who lives in Bentonville. The house is very comfortable, in a good location, and had everything we needed to prepare good family meals and just hang out with our mom. Would definitely recommend this property and hope ti be able to stay there again.

We went for the Arkansas/Auburn game and had a blast! The property was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean, all switches and info was labeled. Had a fairly new BBQ grill, fire pit in back yard with wood to burn. Nice deck with seating. Had a gas stove, I have an electric ,at home. Burnt the hash browns. Had a Great Time. Bubba G.

We've stayed in many VRBO's in Bella vista and this was the most thoughtful and well appointed current decor. The bike trail by the house isn't as groomed as other trails in the area but the 5 mile down under loop is a blast. Deer, Hummingbirds, songbirds, butterflies, fireflies all observed and enjoyed. The only hiccup for us was google maps tried to take us up Lookout dr which is a terrible looking unmaintained dirt road. Use Suits Us for the quickest route instead if your map is stupid like ours was.

My family and I felt right at home at the Switchback Inn. The house was nice and cool for our summer stay and very clean with comfy home decor. The patio was nice for morning coffee and the fire pit in the backyard made for an excellent treat with s'mores in the evening. The location was perfect as we spent many of our days exploring around Northwest Arkansas. Tanyard Creek was just a short drive and with trail access just down the street, we were able to enjoy hikes and biking most days. With easy access to Hwy 71 and Interstate 49 we felt comfortable venturing out to nearby Rogers, Fayetteville, and Eureka Springs. Our host had excellent communication and anytime we reached out she was quick with a response. The updated appliances were very nice and having a washer and dryer was especially exciting as I didn't have to worry about a large chore upon returning home. Overall, the Switchback Inn was more than we expected and we look forward to returning in the Fall to explore more Arkansas wonders.

Beautiful house! Loved the decorations, very welcoming and comfortable! It was also very helpful having a garage to keep our bikes safe.

Very relaxing quiet neighborhood. Clean and cozy. Had deer grazing right off the back of the property. Be careful driving in the neighborhood bike trails cross the roads frequently.

Beautiful Home. Everything we needed! Beautiful Neighborhood. Back deck opened up to lush huge backyard with huge trees providing providing privacy from neighbors. Just perfect. We had S’mores on the open Fire Pit provided and grilled meals on the Gas Grill provided.

This home is nestled perfectly in a quiet yet active community of adventure seekers, mostly mountain biking trails but even if you’re simply up for a relaxing get away the Swithback Inn made us nearly more comfortable than our own home. Really friendly neighbors as well! Bonus points all around!!

This place is awesome for a group of 3 friends. Nice neighborhood, very clean house with nice grill, appliances and large smart TV. Access to 40+ miles of mtb trail nirvana is just 30 feet from the front door. Also centrally located to get to other local trails and food/shops easily. Will definitely stay here on our next trip!

We really enjoyed our 6 days spent at the Switchback Inn! Despite the fact that our purpose for traveling to the area was medical (visiting a sick relative) we really enjoyed the woodsy vibe of the property, and we were highly impressed by the the pristine Ozark location as well as the surrounding area. We were able to spend time in the evenings on the back deck and yard, which has a great grill and views the wooded area in back. The birds were highly enjoyable! Both in their constant song, and in the numbers of species that we do not see in our area (Cardinals! Red-Headed Woodpeckers!) A high priority of our travel, done prior to the vaccine phase of the Covid19 pandemic, was to socially distance and keep safe as best we could during our trip, so the cleanliness of the home was of paramount concern. It was of great benefit to that end that we noted the location was very tidy and in absolutely pristine condition. We would also like to tip our hats to the host for the great amount of effort spent in assuring that every thoughtful detail, no matter how small, from the very tasteful decor, to the snacks and coffee left for visitors, to laundry and bath soaps, towels. We sincerely felt as though we were not lacking for absolutely anything. Additional special mention must be made of the bed which we used in the master bedroom! Again, absolutely first class! (Made enough of an impression that we will be upgrading at home!) To sum up: Given the nature of our trip, we were not expecting to be as impressed as we were, so, to the host: our most sincere thanks for making our stay so enjoyable, that really mattered! We will certainly book again, and (hopefully) soon!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but no gas in the gas grill which disappointed us and the king bed uncomfortable.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood offering great access to nearby MTB and hiking trails. House was perfect size for family of four. Owner was easy to communicate with leading up to stay.

A comfortable and nicely decorated home in a great neighborhood near a bike/hiking trail. We were fortunate to be there during October to enjoy the fall colors and the neighbors’ amazing Halloween display.
