Owner was very nice. Perfect location for my grandaughters graduation. Met our needs exactly.

Uber drivers all were sent to the single level apts next door. Maps were wrong. Street noise was noticeable, but apt was sound proof, could not hear upstairs resident. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive and eager to help. Enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Our arrival was a shocker. The unit is in a low end complex just off a very busy 4 lane street. To exit the complex turning left was dangerous. Upon entering the unit we were literally knocked over with the odor of unclean bodies. The unit had not been cleaned. We mopped the floors twice to reduce the odor and cleaned. There were clumps of hair along the baseboards. We had to cover the sofa to avoid the odor. The owner apologized for the unclean condition and said the sofa odor wasn’t unexpected since he allowed pets, really no effort to fix that? We discovered The microwave above the stove was unplugged, broken? There was a small countertop microwave to use. Pots and pans were old awful. Kitchen chairs were loose and about to collapse. The owner quickly replaced them with spray painted salvaged chairs and table. The mattresses were old tired and saggy. Back breaking. So, this isn’t a vacation unit, but a dirty poorly maintained apartment. We stayed longer than we wanted because we were meeting family and friends, but left when they left, a week early.

Everything was great! Super clean, no bugs, stains or dirt. Lots of extra towels and perfect cooking set up with all utensils. Quiet at night for sleeping and a quick and easy ride to the Race Track where we spent most of our vacation for the Snowball Derby! BEST FEATURE, the property manager when messaged, was next to an immediate response! Only item that was missing was a cocktail table on the patio, which we were informed immediately that the people stayed prior to us broke.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected and communication with perfect.

It was great having a kitchen, washer/dryer, along with a separate master suite. The extra bathroom/shower was a big help as well.

The location was further from the beach than mentioned, and it’s not in a good neighborhood either. There were roaches in the living room and kitchen in the sink, plus two hornet nests on the patio. Also witnessed crackheads getting it on, on an abandoned couch at the dumpster by our room. There were pants left from a previous guest under the mattress, so you know they don’t wash the sheets. Hardly ANY towels and they want you to run the dishwasher, but only gives 2 pods for a weeks stay. Do not recommend.

We traveled to Pensacola to visit with our two grandchildren and were very pleased to find Ed’s lovely condo! It was the perfect home away from home! The kitchen enabled me to prepare meals and get laundry done at the same time. The beds were very comfortable, I didn’t even miss my own bed at home! My grandson loved the Jacuzzi tub and looked forward to bath time. The pool was only steps away from the front door. Everything was very convenient! You couldn’t ask for a better host than Ed who went above and beyond to accommodate us! I not only found a great vacation rental but also made a new friend! Thank you again, Ed! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

This was perfect for our family. Almost everything was provided- coffee, soap, shampoo, all the amenities you have at home! It was very comfortable and only 25 minutes from the beach. The property manager was very friendly and prompt when we had questions. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean and convenient to the naval air base where my son is stationed. We went to visit him and went tp the beach. It is convenient to the beach as well.

I showed up at 9pm told the host about roachs early the next morning . I am being charged 2 nights because I allowed the host to fix the situation and didn’t check out before 10am . Avoid this scammer and terrible host .

We traveled to Pensacola for a cheerleading competition, and this location was close by. The neighborhood was quiet and the unit clean. The host was very helpful with changes to our scheduled arrival and departure. Will definitely book again for next year.

My Wife, Son and I visited Pensacola to attend this year's PENSACON. While in area we found this wonderful two bedroom / two bathroom apartment that filled the bill perfectly. We are looking forward to booking this property for next year's con if available.

Two bedrooms, not 2 beds. Not one bathroom but 2. A master as big as a hotel room. Full kitchen and laundry and a nice living room. We really enjoyed the space, ease of access and central location. Just what we needed.

I was almost surprised at the amount of space and how generally well equipped and nice the place was considering how affordable the place was. I was incredibly pleased and so was the my mom and son. We were as comfortable as we could've been, unless we were in our own home. Thank you so much!!!

The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed, plus lots of extras. Beds were very comfortable and it was such a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

This place is so much better than what is pictured. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, it’s clean, and quiet. We come to Pensacola a few times a year to visit family. We will definitely book here again.

Apartment is very nice, plenty of linens, much nicer than the pictures show. Would stay again. Thank you to the owner for such a nice place.
