The room was much better than expected, renovated recently. The shower was excellent and the bed was more comfortable than some reviewers had indicated. The TV in the room offered a plethora of available stations. The check-in was simple (we showed up and logged into the wifi for room number). The common area and kitchen was simple but more than adequate. We made coffee and had breakfast in the kitchen. we had an inside room and heard no street noise; quiet at night. Good value for money.

Staff was nice but they don't speak english, not even a little bit. To ask for a pillow we had to show a picture.

Pillows were awful!! Pretty much a bag full of nothing. Was too pricey when compared with the other locations we stayed in Costa Vicentina

Very friendly staff (who didn’t speak a lot of English but still tried very much to help us; we were able to communicate non-verbally). They let us in earlier than check-in because we had finished our hike for the day ahead of time. Very clean bathroom and big bed. Definitely perfect for one night.

Even though everything was very clean, the room is more suited for sleeping, not very inviting to hang out during the day - there is not much more than a bed in it and the window looks out into the hallway.

Very internal and a bit stuffy. We like places with windows and character. This was very clean and modern. If you like that, it would be good. For us though, it had none of the regional characteristics we like

exactly what we needed. comfy bed and lovely staff. good restaurants only few meters away. easy check-in.

our room was really basic (No toaster, no sitting area, no toiletries) but it was very clean. The common room is also very simple: a table and 4 plastic chairs and a covered sofa. The common kitchen is quite good. The coffee maker is the automatic filter type.

the only window for rooms 3 and 4 faces the common hallway.
