Comfortable and high-end furnished facilities and an amazing, attentive host. A dedicated helper who went the extra mile daily. A private pool and all the amenities to make the experience feel like home. Many thanks to Phiwe, we will return!

Unfortunately, The Zimbali Coastal Resort had been hit with an intensive loadshedding schedule during our trip. Phiwe however enabled generator access from day 2. Zimbali's new access control is off-putting for short term renters. I understand that security is top priority there, but poorly executed protocols and lack of staff training, made the experience unpleasant and turned my guests anxious about leaving and reentering, having to practically re-register upon access to the main gates.

The house is beautiful neat and clean.

The check in process was difficult. Entering and exiting the estate was a huge problem. The damage deposit takes more then 7 days.

The owner is such an amazing gentleman.We we’re booked on a later flight and needed a place to stay during the day.The owner offered us on of his other properties in Umhlanga Rocks.He opened his own personal space to us.It’s such an honour to have met such a wealthy yet humble human.His properties are stunning & well kept.His prices seemed too good to be true,and at some point we were skeptical to book.The moment our booking went through he actually called to give us his contact numbers and assure us that his business was legitimate.We absolutely loved dealing with him and he was readily available for any queries.May God greatly bless his business.

Excellent property with good quality finishes. Great service from cleaning staff and host who went out of their way to make our stay and experience comfortable. Really impressed with finishes and cleanliness of the property.
