a small kitchen knife would have been helpful. chairs VERY uncomfortable poor towels, too small and thin

For a 6”5’ tall person it is quite low. The sofa bed had soft cushions with a dent where you would normally sit. The other half was good.

This lovely studio apartment is right in the mix. Near the shops, the park/meadow and close to the parking. It was clean and organised, easy to make a cuppa on arrival! Communication from the staff was clear and timely (we did not meet anyone, all done via email). The added bit was the lovely option of outdoor seating.

There was nothing we didn't like!! The studio room is just as described and in the mix of the town centre.

Location was excellent. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and was very stylishly presented. It was very warm and the water was very hot (I hate lukewarm water when I shower). I would definitely stay there again.

The only criticism I have was the shower head, I hate rainfall showers (just my personal opinion). I don’t believe I am the only female that does not wash her hair every day when she showers yet not much option with a rainfall shower head.

Location was amazing. Stylish, high quality equipment & features. Compact space but very well designed to create a comfortable space which gave us everything needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend in the heart of Stamford, right in the midst of excellent shops, bars and restaurants.

As other guests have commented it was quite noisy late at night but you can’t expect anything else when you’re within a few metres of an excellent restaurant and next to the path close to the very reasonably priced car park. The noise finished by about 11.30 so was a minor inconvenience when set against the wonderful location and such easy access to all that Stamford has to offer.

Nothing really, shower and towel rail need a bit of love but it didn’t detract from the stay.

Property is situated just off an alley / walkway, right next to a wine bar. It was quite noisy at knocking out time on both the Friday and Saturday.

Was only here for one night!!

This studio apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. I particularly loved the kitchen and the floor tiles in the bathroom. Lovely warm wood floors in the living area. The bed is a sofa bed but very comfortable. The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of town but down an alley so it was peaceful with no noisy traffic whizzing past the door. There is even a cocktail bar next door (which has a happy hour)!! The landladies were very helpful and on hand if needed. We thoroughly loved this apartment and much preferred it to our normal stay at the George. I shouldnt leave such a glowing review as we definitely want to come back but I doubt if there will be that many vacancies!

Parking was a bit tricky with no overnight parking nearby. We had to leave the car parked on the main road a 10 minute walk away. Could have done with some information about the heating ie when it comes on and how to control the radiators .
