Property is nice, we had no issues with anyone around. My only complaint is the neighbor has raw sewage spilling into the lake right in the swimming area. A friend of mine spotted it when he pulled up on his boat to visit. This was reported and hopefully corrected. As far as the property, it was great.

The house wasn’t clean, we mopped the floors three times and rolled up the dirty rope rugs. It was filthy underneath. We left a day early. The Management was wonderful, very responsive .

There were wasps everywhere outside, upper deck, bottom deck area, shed, etc. the property manager delivered wasp spray the first night we were there and we used it some but it did not take care of the wasps. The leasing agent said she could not find any wasp nests when she inspected so NOT SURE WHERE ALL OF THEM WERE COMING FROM. I think the nests were under the decking area.

The lake was absolutely beautiful. And the location was amazing. The house was great. The only downside was the bathroom downstairs is very tiny. And the pictures of the rental show a dock with an upper level and the kids we were super excited for that but there was no access to it. I think you should clearing state that no upper dock access in your listing and not inform people a couple days beforehand. Management was awesome to work with. They went above and beyond. Great communication. Highly recommend.

As tournament fishermen, we booked this property for its proximity to the neighborhood boat ramp, which is within walking distance. That feature was fantastic and a huge time saver on tournament day. The home was very clean, tidy, comforting, and just made you feel at home. The view off of the back porch is amazing

Excellent 3 bedroom cottage. Excellent view of the lake from top deck. Family enjoyed everyday of our stay.

Excellent communication with the owners. Fantastic upstairs deck! Great upstairs kitchen, living area, master bedroom/bath and laundry room. Downstairs bedrooms and bathroom are small, but our grandkids had a blast. Great dock, great water equipment. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The house was cute and well equipped. All of the beds were very comfortable. We liked the little touches like the s’mores kit and the coffee. The house was clean but at first the cleaning product smell was very overwhelming. After letting the house air out a bit it was fine. The downstairs bathroom is very small which did make it more challenging for the various families to get ready in. Overall though it was a great house for my family, my parents and my sister.

Nice, friendly neighborhood. On open water, so despite the drought, we still had water. Super responsive host. Comfortable beds. Huge new patio.

Nine people stayed at this location while others stayed with local family members. We were all comfortable and had a great time. We made use of the large outdoor cooler and grill daily. The lower level bathroom needs some kind of window covering, but other than that this place was AWESOME!

We enjoyed our trip to Star Harbor! The home is decorated beautifully, has an amazing view of the water, comfortable beds, and is well stocked. We spent most of our time on the dock using the lily pad, kayaks and paddle board. It was wonderful!

Excellent home for a weekend!

House was good for our family, and the owners were very helpful. The second bathroom is very small and not ideal for adults.

We had a great time! The view is great and the outdoor kitchen is really nice. The lake was low but it turned out to be perfect to take the kayaks out from the sandy area.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in this home. We spent most of our time swimming, jet skiing, and fishing. The lift for the jetskis was very helpful. My boys caught some really big catfish right off the dock. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the television.. We grilled our dinner every night and watched a movie while we ate. The beds were super comfortable as well, even the pull-out couch, which is not typical! The downstairs bathroom is a little tight, but my teen boys were fine with it. The management is very responsive and always available to help or answer questions.

Check in was easy with good communication prior to arrival. House was clean and as advertised. Our kids loved the kayaks and paddle board. Adults loved the water mat to hang out on in the water. We brought out boat and one of the dock whips was broken on arrival. We were quickly able to get in contact with the property manager. She had a repairman sent out. The house is in a great location on open water in Star Harbor.

We had a great stay at this property. Perfect spot on the lake! Beautiful views of the lake, lots of room, comfortable and the neighborhood was great!

Clean, easy and great view!

My wife and I took our daughter and her friends here for a quick spring break getaway. Plenty of space and a wonderful backyard for relaxing and enjoying the lake.

We enjoyed our few days at the lake. The house is well stocked with essentials and the host was always quick to respond. It was great to have kayaks and a paddle board and some lawn games for outdoor family time.

We were able to get into the place easily enough and what is there is in good condition. There really isn't a good inside dining option for a family. The downstairs is two bedrooms and a cramped Jack and Jill bathroom. Parking for more than one car is challenging, there is a narrow straight driveway that can park 4 cars probably however it's a juggling act to get them out. A couple of our group took out kayaks and really enjoyed getting on the lake. We were there for a wedding in mid-March, would probably only recommend this for summer time. The weather was too cold to do much.

We live next door but have our home under construction. It was so amazing & wonderful to have our friends stay next door. The property was well cared for & all of the smallest details were thought of.

Excellent property management, response for anything was excellent - nice property, very nice backyard and dock area. House was very clean and had everything you could need.

I emailed her and she was like "Oh - I am sorry, I will look into that".Then a week later (literally) just tries to file a claim for us for a little broken glass side table. We did not break anything (we are all over the age of 35) and simple came for a girls weekend for Canton, super low-key. Of course, she didn't respond, but attempted to file anyways. I would not recommend and we certainly will not go back.

Property is on a beautiful lake front. We enjoyed the outside patio everyday we were there. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. Now to my recommendations, the cleanliness of the property needs better attention. Especially during a pandemic you want to ensure sanitization is your first priority. That's all I will say on my review please pay better attention before guests stay at your property. A bit disappointed especially during these times. Secondly, we took my elderly parents with us on this trip. We knew in advance there were guest rooms available which was a major plus. What we did not know, there are very narrow stairs (with only one hand rail ) going into the guest rooms downstairs. It was pretty dangerous for them to walk up and down. Another negative, the guest restroom is extremely small and the toilet is in a very awkward position with the sink making it difficult to use. Very low ceiling so if you are going with anyone tall they will not be able to use the shower in the guest room and almost reach the ceiling. We ended up letting my parents stay in the master bedroom upstairs .It was a special occasion for us to stay at this property and I felt a bit cheated since we had to stay down stairs it did not feel clean at all. There were crumbs on the floor and the restroom shower had a horrible smell. The upstairs deck needs maintenance. And the private dock needs tons of attention you can not go up to the top dock because it is closed off. The deck had nails that could potentially hurt someone if you weren't paying attention. I almost tripped and stepped on the nails that were popping out. I would say, if you are just a couple staying here is awesome. With no need to go downstairs. But if you have guest coming along it going to be challenging for them. Especially is they are older with the narrow stairs and the situation with the restroom. We ended up using one restroom upstairs. This could be the perfect property once all these issues are addressed. The view is what made this trip worth it. We made the best out of this situation and enjoyed our stay.
