Accurately depicted house although the kitchen was a little tight and could have wished for more common kitchen utensils for cooking, bowls and a few storage containers. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Very walkable to watercolor beach especially with children Overall a great vacation spot!

We had a fantastic visit to this location. The house was in great shape! It worked great for my family of 5 plus grandma/grandpa! We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen was completely stocked. I would recommend some new pots/pans but everything was great.

The house was in only a block and a half off the beach and in a great spot. Beautiful house, bedrooms were big and there is an awesome front porch. Work room in kitchen is a bit tight. This was a great house.

It's a wonderful community to relax in and the additions since our last visit (the new pools etc.) were amazing. This house is in a great, great location for going to the three pools now offered at the club, and the amazing beach. We had six people, 4 adults and 2 kids and that was about the max for this house. Having anymore would have been very busy. The house could use with some updates to the kitchen utensils and the grill needs an update, but the house otherwise was in amazing shape, very clean and comfortable. 30A rentals always on top of things if you have questions.

Great location but would never rent this home again. The photos are deceiving! Stains on furniture, rugs filthy, master bed skirt ripped, mold in cabinet where wet glasses were put away wet, and mold under the sink where there was a previous leak. They did send someone over to fix two faucets that were not working properly and treated the mold in the cabinet and under the sink. Very disappointed overall!

We loved this house! Great layout, comfortable beds, reliable and close parking, close to the beach and walkable to Seaside. 10/10!

Really enjoyed our stay at Watercolor! The house was clean, well-furnished, super comfy for adults and our young kids, and an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the access to Camp Watercolor, the Watercolor private beachfront, and the beachside pools at the resort. We would definitely come here again!

Clean, comfortable cottage in excellent location in WaterColor. Easy walk to Beach Club and the included bikes were a great bonus as vehicle parking in Seaside/WaterColor is difficult especially on a busy weekend. Couple comments for maintenance team: master bathroom vanity lights buzzed loudly, light inside oven didn't work, kitchen faucet handles spun and probably need replacement. Minor details but otherwise a terrific stay. We will be back.

My two week stay was great, home is across from beach club, comfortable beds, great front porch. I would rent it again if they bought a new dryer. I am third guest complaining about it. They assured me it had been fixed prior to me staying, but it still made a very loud noise when you first started it and you had to dry a normal load on three+ full cycles to get dry. I told them after my first week, but it was never fixed. Other than that, here are just a few things I think are helpful to know, so you can best prepare for your stay. 1) There are no beach towels. The Beach club provides towels only certain times of the year (they started on May 3rd this year), but other pools in Water Color do not offer towel service anytime of year. There are no beach chairs. You can rent beach chairs at beach club, but you have to do it online, ahead of time, but they are: Expensive They are all pushed together (700 of them) You can't cancel if there is poor weather. They need a place to plug in a golf cart if you rent one. ( we had to run it through a cracked bedroom window) Kitchen has pots and pans, eating utensils and china. It needs sharper knives, whisk, serving plate (something to put cheese and crackers on for example.) Know to bring your own salt & pepper, etc. Again, the home is great, as long as you know a few things you can be prepared for.

House was precious and the location was perfect! Had all the kitchen essentials that you would need. Beds were comfortable and clean. Only minor issue was the clothes dryer didn’t work very well and sounds like it needs some maintenance or repairs done. One of the bikes was not functioning when we arrived but didn’t need it so wasn’t a concern for us. Overall it was a great rental and we would return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Watercolor and the Seacret of Life. The home was perfect for our 4 adults and 2 teens, close enough to walk it bike to all amenities or shopping/dining. The best living area was the front porch for socializing or simply enjoying our morning coffee. As important as the home, we had great communication with the property manager since we were traveling from out of state for the first time to the 30A area. Grateful to Kelley and her All30a team!

The only downside, was the dryer broke on the first day - and couldn't be repaired until the afternoon before we left. While management offered to have our clothes wash/dried - understandably, we don't enjoy the thought of strangers touching our clothing - or our clothing being washed in some industrial machine/questionable detergents. It is disappointing we weren't granted some sort of credit for this inconvenience... as it truly was, a very big inconvenience.

Fantastic location on quiet street with very short walk to WaterColor beach access and amenities. Two spacious master bedroom suites are perfect for two couples. Third bedroom with queen bunks also has its own bath. Our winter stay provided lots of time for walks on the trails, the beach, and the path to Seaside for lunch by the water on sunny days, while the cottage stayed warm and cozy on chilly nights. Our very helpful host, Kelley, always replied promptly to our texts for information. We'd happily stay there again.

We had an excellent stay this past week. The house is clean and comfortable. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to either the beach club or boat house. We had a great stay for two weeks in this property! It was so easy to get to the beach, all of the Watercolor amenities, and all of the local restaurants and shops. We had one issue with the A/C while we were there and the owners were SO prompt to get it fixed quickly and on our way. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Great location and layout for this Watercolor rental. There was plenty of space for our group to sit inside or outside. We were close to the beach and to enough great local restaurants that our cars stayed parked most of the week.

Great location. Perfect size for our family of 5. Access to the Watercolor Club, with it's three pools and beach boardwalk, was just what we were looking for and needed. Comfy furnishings and bedding. We loved the large front porch for gathering.
