A wonderful get away for me, my sister-in-law and my two adult daughters. We loved our visit in this beautiful home on Norris lake. This was our second stay in this home and will certainly book again. Clean and modern with a well stocked kitchen. We love it!

Liked the condo, great size, plenty of room for a large group. Spent a lot of time on the deck in the evening, thankfully they have 2 umbrellas since it gets lots of sun. It has a back entrance that has steps down to a path that leads to the docks, one of the closer condos if you have a boat you are going back and forth from, and all the docks are covered and newly restored. House was clean and well appointed. Only bummer was that the ice making machine they have was broken, would have saved us a few bags of ice and trips to store, but that's about my only complaint

Beautiful home and very clean. Well stocked. Loved the two balconies! Full bath on ground floor was a big plus. The master was wonderful! Will definitely return.

Our family of 5 came down for a wedding and the house was perfect and plenty of space. Gorgeous views

The house was updated, clean and in a great location

Great location. Our family had a great time. Needed a new comforter due to one had dried blood on it. Requested a new one but never received. Difficult to communicate with property manager. 24 hours for a response Space and decor were very nice. Kitchen could use some items such as additional towels, pitcher for drinks, salt&pepper, etc

Overall, place was clean and spacious. The road to get to the place was scary if it’s your first time driving to a place with mountains and curves.

Won’t go back to TN. WAY TOO MANY MTS AND CURVES. Very nauseating.

We loved that all 9 of us were comfortable in the large, multi-level home. It was very clean, and we enjoyed the beautiful lake views, the tasteful décor, and even the long and winding drive up the mountain to reach the home. The home was in a very quiet and relaxing location, and the kitchen / bar / dining area was large enough for all of us to cook, hang out, and enjoy being together. It took us a little longer (about 40 + minutes) than we expected to drive to UT campus for the homecoming game, but we just left a few minutes earlier so no problem. Overall, we had a great stay, and we hope to visit again.

Nice place. Clean. Some spots on carpets look bad. Mattresses on lower level are terrible.

We had an amazing trip! Gorgeous condo and very comfortable the only suggestions I would give is to have maintenace clean the gas grill after each rental. We had a grease fire in the grill before we even cooked in it, maybe stock the kitchen a bit more with cooking utensils, and cookware and make it easier to work the TV's, we were not able to use them not everyone is tech savy. Otherwise this unit is TOP NOTCH!! WE WILL COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN! This was truly an amazing time for my family :) we left happy and relaxed!

We had a wonderful stay wish it was a couple days longer! Beautiful condo vey clean. The kitchen could use a bit more cooking utensils and tools the grill should be cleaned after each stay as we had a grease fire before we started cooking....OTHER THAN THOSE 2 SMALL details this place is top notch and we plan to come back often.

Everything was great except that we were given the wrong boat slip number. Cell service was bad so it was hard to reach anyone to correct it. A nice condo owner let us use one of their slips for the weekend. It was a nice place and we had a great weekend!

Easy and great price

Lots of room and great space to go down to the lake! Great bedroom options for a large group or family as well as a good size living room. We had a great stay and super easy to check in and check out. In covid time, everything was very clean and had a wonderful weekend!

Property is away from everything, so get what you need before you settle into the property. The view and the property itself was absolutely beautiful. The property was clean, very comfortable and cozy.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the availability of food, however now that we know that most of the little restaurants close in the beginning of October, as well as how far the drive is back into town to buy food for the condo, we will be better prepared with food to make at the condo next time! Great condo and right on the water!

The home itself was awesome! Vacasa and the advertisement, were NOT! Upon arriving at 1:00am, the code they sent did NOT work! We had to call and get a lock box code for a key. Thankfully, my sister had 1 bar of service (Verizon) our phones, (AT& T) had NO SErvice) in this area. We would have been stranded with no hotel to even drive to within an hour and a half, with our kids. Vacasa was supposed to send us a new code. They NEVER did! We called 4 times throughout the stay and never got a code. We all had to stay together when we went out as we only had 1 key and no code. Vacasa also advertises a shared hot tub. We used the lovely pool and went to use the small circular “hot tub” located next to the pool, only to find it is a 1ft BABY POOL with no jets, but the signage does mention swim diapers! Finally, the listing says “water activities” at the shared dock. We thought we could swim, and brought our fishing poles too. NO! The dock houses only home owners boats and home owners water crafts. There are signs that state no swimming. (So unless you have your own person boat housed at this specific dock, your “water activities ,” as listed in the advertisement, will be looking at the water! *On a positive note, the actual house, furnishings, and view of the lake, are all wonderful. It was the false advertisement in the Vacasa listing and HORRIBLE customer service, after calling 4 times and the local agent in the Smokies, not getting back in touch with us; that were terrible. Our first experience renting from Vacasa, and they were terrible, we will stick with VRBO and Airbnb.
