First great location for the wedding 1/4 mile away. Second lots of room for the whole extended Family. Will comeback for a summer trip sometime. Beach is a short walk up the street. this house is centered around plenty of restaurants.

This place was wonderful! We had 13 guests stay and it was perfect! The kitchen was beautiful with newer appliances and plenty of seating. The amount of bathrooms in this house was probably the best thing about the house! Location was also fantastic! A 5 minute walk

We rented this home for a family wedding at Bonnet Island Estate. This house was perfect for a lot of aunts/uncles/cousins reuniting! We enjoyed gathering in the large kitchen, the easy walk/bike to the beach and the bay, the double refrigerator, and using the games that were provided in the house. Mary was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. This house is also a quick walk/bike to Hotel LBI and less than 5 minutes away from Bonnet Island, in case you're looking for a house for a wedding weekend :)

We were a party of 18. This home accommodated all of us. It was very comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed We felt right at home and would book again and recommend to others

Held my wedding over Labor Day weekend and was able to bring in extended family and friends to Mary’s house for the perfect reunion. House was absolutely ideal for a large group while maintaining enough bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. Excellent property and communication - would recommend to anyone.

Just as others have stated the pictures do not do this home justice! Beautiful home and so so spacious! Gorgeous kitchen! Owner was so beyond helpful and accommodating to a few little mix ups! We had a wonder time and loved the location!

Our family came from Colorado for a week at the shore and the house was perfect. So much space to spread out. We loved everything about it. The kitchen was stocked and we especially enjoyed hanging out at the large kitchen table. Easy walk to beach and the bay. Mary was so attentive to any questions I had. We definitely look forward to another family vacation in this house. Thank you Mary!

Pictures do not fully capture how nice this home is outside or in. We had no reason to call the owner after we arrived because nothing was needed. The house was perfectly equipt ... not too much of anything and nothing was lacking .... everything was just right. We had 20 very comfortable and very happy guests. We highly recommend this vacation home.

The pictures do not do this property justice. An absolutely perfect location for a large family vacation. Plenty of room in the house to comfortably accommodate everyone, a great back sitting area and very easy beach access. Mary was very responsive throughout the entire process and we would very much stay at this property again. 5 stars!

This home was an amazing find! Such a beautiful place close to the beach! Everything was in great condition and we were all thrilled with all the little extra things the owners thought of (game closet, full kitchenware, iron, coffee bar, etc) We are looking forward to our next family get together here!

My family and I stayed at the house Summer of 2021 and it was great for all the adults and children. There was plenty of space and the location was a short walk to the beach. We couldn't ask for a better house!

We were able to truly enjoy our time together because the house had everything we needed. The owners were quick to respond if we had a question. We will definitely stay here again!

This well-appointed beach house did not disappoint. From the beach chairs, to the boogie boards, to the kadima, to the bunk beds, to the frozen margarita machine, this house had everything for our large group of children and adults.

Our extended family recently returned from 6 days at this beautiful home. It is located just off the bridge when first arriving in LBI, so a busier area-However, it made it super convenient for everyone to walk to Wawa, Ron Jon's, CVS, the B&B and to get ice cream. Close to the beach and the bay! The location also made it easy for those of us who ventured into Manahawkin for ShopRite/Costco or yoga classes at Hot or Not Yoga (or beyond-2 golf excursions too). Plenty of sleeping areas/bedrooms. The kitchen and dining area accommodated all of us for family games and activities. Lots of games/puzzles for the kids to stay occupied. Surf boards, paddle board, beach chairs, corn hole and a fire pit with 2 outdoor showers. There are 3 refrigerators and a cute coffee bar area. Everything was as advertised or better! Mary was super responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great week, Mary!

Yes going off of the pictures I still decided to book the property but actually walking into the house, the photos are only the cover of the book, you’ll be happy to get in and read what’s inside. This house was more than enough. Very spacious, the neighbors are friendly and the house has everything you may need. The house was able to accommodate all of the guest and more than enough beds to sleep comfortable, place to eat, and the entirety alone was just great. I highly recommend this house if you are looking to book a large group. The host was amazing and accurate with responses and truly helpful when needed. Overall this was one of the best and affordable properties I’ve ever booked. We got our bang for our buck!! Thank you! P.S there’s even a hoop to shoot around on outside. We played many games of horse and the neighbors were delightful lol.

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. It is perfect for a family or families. The layout of the house is very functional there are large common areas and bedrooms that are separate from one another to create individual spaces. Walkable to beaches and restaurants, there was nothing else we could’ve really asked for. Updated and very clean!

This house has everything you would need to host 20 people. Only issue we had was nothing to do with this great house. The location is in the busiest part of the island. The road traffic and crossing the streets are challenging. I definitely recommend this house it is better then advertised. Met all of our expectations.
