The place was exactly as described!
The gated community made it feel very safe and just a short drive to the beach.
Communication with the owner was easy as she was very responsive.
Having beach items for the go made things easy for us with kids!
Any issues we had we were able to speak to her directly about.
Issues:
The Nest AC kept reverting back to set eco temps of 74 in the house.. it was on a learning mode apparently which was annoying because it continued to get hot at night in the house. We did speak to her, and thought we had it adjusted, but it wasn’t worth bugging anyone about so no issue on our end. We love it cold while sleeping, so that’s just a personal preference.
Only real hiccup was the info book in the house said the Pool person came on Mondays (so we didn’t stay in the pool this day) when in fact he comes Friday. He came in the middle of our family pool day, and we had to get out for 4 hours and find something else to do.
Everything else with the stay was great and we enjoyed the hospitality!

We have a great holiday in a wonderful home. Prior to our stay we had a number of communications with Susan who was great and provided us with a lot of tips for the local area. The property was clean, and had everything that we could have wished for, and met our needs perfectly. The combination of wonderful property owners, an extremely well appointed home made for a delightful stay.

This rental property is perfect all around! So well furnished with all the amenities you need. Plenty of towels, dishes, a new washer and dryer, etc. The pool area is the best with the heated pool and a covered lanai area that can be enjoyed during occasional rain. We went to the beach with provided umbrella and chairs and cooler. Very convenient to have. The owners are very accommodating and responsive to any questions. We have stayed here three times and will return!

Lovely home in a quiet community. We enjoyed watching the planes every Friday night at the “Big Tree” . Great little restaurant at Spruce Creek airport also . Meals at Golf course were nice as well . Several golf courses nearby , and one within gated community.
Plenty of room , for entertaining. Pool was heated , at a nice temperature. House is well stocked and comfortable .
Our favourite area was by the pool , lots of shade also under covered patio . Owners were helpful and receptive . We rented a golf cart for our month long stay , which we enjoyed and used daily to tour the community . Easy drive from Sanford -Orlando international airport, which is smaller than Orlando airport. Daytona beach was easy 20-25 minute drive .
Universal studios about an hour drive . Flagler beach is a beautiful stretch along coastal highway .
Publix and all conveniences 5 mins drive away.
Spruce Creek Fly-In community is a very friendly and unique community . Most of all we were happy to be able to bring our dog .

We enjoyed everything about this home and the neighborhood. The owner was fabulous, check in was easy and the home had everything we could want. Enclosed backyard was our favorite spot with warm pool, outside dining, gas grill and fire table.

Location is perfect, close to everything. Very safe neighborhood. The house was roomy and the pictures dont do it justice. Will definitely go back.

House all one level and beautiful. Neighborhood quiet but a little more of a drive to Daytona beach and new Smyrna beach than we thought but Uber drives were 28 to 40 dollars so not too bad but about a half hr drive. But our family really enjoyed our stay especially the pool and gas grill and having all the beach chairs and towels umbrella and cooler

This home is exactly as described and better than we imagined! Plenty of room, very well stocked (beach towels, towels, kitchen had everything you need to cook a nice meal). We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. The ceiling fans on the patio were perfect for those warm morning outside starting your day. The pool and fire pit were great too. My mom and I enjoyed the week with three teenagers with plenty to do even when the weather wasn't cooperative. The hosts were very responsive to texts and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. 100% recommend. The property is beautiful and the staff at the security check-in were very friendly as well.

Our granddaughter had dance competition in Daytona and we wanted a place where the entire family could be together. I can’t say enough about this property and the owners. It was like home away from home. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more, including beach chairs and towels. The outside area and pool were so nice and welcoming. Susan was very responsive when we had a question or need. I highly recommend this property.

Immaculate, well appointed, expertly equipped and thoughtfully stocked. Space for everyone with amazing creature comforts. We relaxed, we beached, we pooled, we visited, we grilled, we “Epcot-ted ”….. We BONDED. The home had a great location for our needs. Gorgeous, comfortable, clean and exactly as shown. I can't say enough about this beautiful home our family stayed at. The owners left no stone unturned in making our family feel right at home. The furnishing inside and outside are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and at night time sitting around the patio fire pit. Also, the people of this community are super friendly. I highly recommend this home and we can't wait to come back! This home is perfect! Everything is top of the line. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had beautiful cookware and every gadget you could possibly need. The gated community is quiet and safe and close to grocery stores, restaurants and more. We could barely drag ourselves away from the gorgeous pool! The water was warm and the pool is in the sun all afternoon. When you want a break from the sun there is plenty of room to sit on the patio. Our whole experience at this beautiful house was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We will certainly return in the future! Thank you Sean and Susan!!

We came down for bike week. It was very quiet. Large enough for 8 of us. Stocked with everything we needed. Susan was wonderful. She answered everything we needed everytime! Had a little problem with the tv but she said she will have it taken care of by the next time we come. Have it booked again for next year we loved it so much! Oh and the pool was amazing!!

What a wonderful vacation for our family!! This is a beautiful and very, very clean home! It was thoroughly stocked with everything you could ever need. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe, and so close to Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, and shopping. The beaches are very close, and an hour to St. Augustine if you want to do something different. The pool was spectacular, and the owner, Susan, made sure it was warm enough for us to truly enjoy it. Susan was so helpful and responsive to any questions that arose. We’ve stayed in many beach vacation homes, but this was truly our favorite! We would definitely come back again!! We left on Sunday before Hurricane Ian hit. Our thoughts and prayers are with all in Florida who were impacted.

This house was exactly as stated!!!! It was truly home away from home. We were comfortable, safe and well equipped. You name it this house had it. Susan was super fantastic from the first email to the last. So close to the beach and the pool area was perfect!!! At first we thought it would be a challenge to not have a TV in the bedrooms but nope didn't miss it at all. I will be booking again in the future for sure!! This house is very clean and so well and thoughtfully stocked that it makes you feel comfortable at once. All you have to do is relax and enjoy! The kitchen is well stocked and the pool area is amazing!

The kids and I had a wonderful stay and Susan was excellent at responding to any questions along with keeping us abreast of any schedule of lawn service etc.
The home had many of the basic supplies in the kitchen which was also fully stocked with all our cookware.

Absolutely stunning home with amazing owners
The house is even better than the pictures and the owners are absolutely amazing and easy to work with. My 2 kids and I stayed for the week and never once got bored…. Between the pool, beautiful home and only being 15 minutes from downtown…. It was absolutely perfect! You get this amazing feel of a secluded cabin somewhere due to the private, gated community but then in reality you’re only a 15 minute drive away from any and everything you could possibly imagine doing.

Wonderful Vacation
The home is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and an incredible pool area. We swam all day and toasted s'mores at night over the fire pit. Plenty of seating inside and outside for the family. It's a gated community with a playground and friendly neighbors. And it's only a short drive to the beaches.

Wonderful house!
We came to Daytona for the first time to stay. We’ve always gone to Myrtle Beach but wanted something different. This house was perfectly clean and Centrally located to the beach, golf, shopping and restaurants but in a quiet gated community. We loved the pool and the guys played golf right around the corner at a Spruce Creek. I would highly recommend staying here!

We were 4 couples staying at this home and we rode motorcycles all week. Great location and fabulous house. Susan and Sean are very accommodating and welcoming. Great place to spend your spring break as a family
The property is located in an awesome fly-in community with its own country club. So the gated community has an amazing landscape and is very well maintained. Its small airport adds that fun element for young kids. Downwind cafe was a great place to grab NY-style pizzas. This property is 30 mins from the good beaches of Ormond or New Smyrna. We had underestimated the time to beaches so we had to account for that in planning. Beaches are nearby distance-wise but high traffic and low-speed limits mean it is a good 30-40 mins drive to get there. We didn't have any issues once we handled the expectation with the kids.
The property itself is outstanding. Clean home with an amazing pool that is well maintained. Bedrooms are a great size so we were very comfortable. The pool is a lot of fun especially with a large area for adults to sit nearby and cook on the grill or have a coffee/drinks as kids played.
The property owner is great and was very responsive to our questions and needs. We needed propane tanks as they were empty. She managed to get them replaced quickly. We would love to stay here again. Will be hopefully back next spring.

Spacious, Comfortable and Inviting!!
We enjoyed this property for 10 days during Daytona bike week with my wife and I as well as another couple. The home is spacious and the master suite and other bedrooms are at opposite ends of the home giving a nice level of separation and some privacy. Each area also has open and easy access to the back porch and the pool!! My only personal notes, which are not complaints, but maybe “tips”… - There are no TVs in any other the bedrooms, the only TV in the home is in the living room. -This is a gated community, so make sure to get a property map from the guard shack and familiarize yourself with the fact that there are 2 gates and that one of which is locked at night… Susan and Sean are extremely responsive and helpful for anything you need, the communication was excellent!!

Perfection in every way
We stayed at this property from February 5 - March 5, 2022. The listing in VRBO is impressive, but doesn't even begin to convey how truly wonderful this property is. The home itself is lovely, spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated, well cared for and meticulous. It is well stocked with all necessary appliances, kitchen utensils and cooking needs (spices, pans, etc.), cleaning supplies, health and beauty supplies (soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, hair product), and paper/plastic (napkins, paper towels,, storage bags, trash bags, paper plates, tissues, etc.) in addition to linens. We enjoyed the good-sized heated pool, gas fire pit, and spacious and covered lanai on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet, secure, and well maintained.
The people living in the community are extremely friendly and warm. We immediately were welcomed and assisted by any and all neighbors we encountered. Every Friday evening, members of the community gather together to enjoy an air show put on by residents. It is a fun social event as well as a spectacular air show!
Most importantly, the owners, Susan and Sean, are two of the kindest, most friendly, attentive, and accommodating people you can know, never mind rent from. Thank you to both of them for making our stay so special.

Relaxing Escape
First time spending an extended time in Florida. Great escape from the cold. Swam in the pool every day. Good place to walk the dog. Many great restaurants where you can either eat outside or get takeout. Neighbors are very friendly. Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Will come again.

Fantastic location and home!
My dad and brother live in Spruce Creek and we needed extra space for my husband to work and my adult stepchildren to stay for Thanksgiving. This house fit the bill. We loved that we could bring our dog, too. Super clean and we will stay here again in the future!
