The property was everything that is listed and the photos are spot on. James is a great host, and keeps his guest up to date on happenings around the condo. We had a great stay and will be coming back when we can.

Our favorite part about this condo is how close it is to the ocean. We never feel the need to leave the condo/balcony to go to the beach because it's right there! Complete relaxation! The condo is always clean (we've stayed 3 different times) and the owner is always helpful and easy to work with. We also enjoy popping over to the aquarium, which is very close, and walking the pathways by Ft Fisher. This has become our home away from home.

My husband and I really needed to decompress for the weekend and wish we could have stayed another day. It was so nice! Easy check in and check out. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with.

This condo was not only right on the beach but also very clean. I had a very serene visit waiting the waves, tides and pelicans. You can’t get any closer to the ocean!! The condo was very well suited for someone with physical limitations. James was very helpful. He even clued me in on where to find Kure Beach souvenirs! I’m looking forward to returning to this property!

Had the opportunity to stay here so that my brother and I could take our father fishing at the coast. Loved the location on the first floor as my father has some mobility issues. Wonderful location…will be staying there again.

Perfect location. You can't get any nearer to the ocean - just steps from this ground floor condo. And it's close to the pool too. Very quiet area, except for the wonderful sound of the ocean. This is a place to relax and is only minutes away from restaurants, the aquarium, Fort Fisher and the ferry to Southport. The condo has everything you need for a worry free vacation.

The condo was beautifully decorated. Perfect location. James was so informative about the area and very helpful. We loved sitting on the deck just listening to the ocean. Can’t wait to go back.

This is by far the best property we have ever stayed in in this area. James is a wonderful host and the condo was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The view cannot be beat. We will definitely plan our vacation around this property's availability next year.

This was our 4th year staying in Kure Beach. My husband & our 2 girls love how close we can stay to the water. We’ve always enjoyed our stays but there’s always something about each place that could be better. Whether it wasn’t cleaned very well, or maybe the pool could be closer or the balcony didn’t get a good breeze or the tv was too difficult. This was the FIRST place that we literally had NO complaints!! I didn’t feel like I needed to clean when we got there :) the place is also updated nicely. Love all the counter space in the bathroom & the fact that she shower head was a handheld which makes showers with kids SO much easier. This was the first year we let the kids sleep in bunk beds and several of the other places we looked at didn’t have the top bunk railing which was a must and actually ended up being the deciding factor between this place and one other. Love that we were so close to our reserved parking spot and didn’t have any stairs to go up and down going in the place. James is very helpful and loved that he took the time to give recommendations on places around and made everything so easy! We always go to the aquarium which is minutes down the road. This year we tried something different and drove to Wilmington for the day to Jungle Rapids and had a great time! It’s only 30 minutes away & so worth it. This is also the first place we’ve ever stayed that literally everything we needed was supplied. (Cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels!)

The view from the property is stunning. I spent hours on the porch in the comfy chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and look forward to next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and in a perfect location for the pool and beach. Being able to hear and watch the ocean on the back porch was so relaxing. Thank you James for the great stay! Definitely would recommend!

This was our first time at Kure Beach and it definitely will not be our last! The location was absolutely wonderful! Waking up and being able to hear the ocean and see the sunrise was a perfect way to start our day! The property itself was well stocked and beautiful! We were blessed with wonderful weather and our 5 year old did not want to leave! We can't wait to come back!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, perfectly maintained and fully stocked with paper products, linens etc. James was helpful, responsive and good at communicating. The condo was a very comfortable size for my family of 3. Great location on Kure beach. Best feature is definitely the wonderful back porch — just like being on the beach but with a little less sand and more shade! Would definitely return.

This place was a little off the beaten path. It was quiet and had it's own little beach area for the condos there. The grocery store from in Carolina beach delivered all the essentials to us, including beer! We had such a fun, relaxing week! Everyone we came across was so very friendly.

Our week at this condo was absolutely wonderful ! The unit was clean, bright, comfortable and well stocked! Wow! The ocean couldn’t be any closer! We enjoyed the daily sightings of dolphins! James was great to book with!

The property was exactly as expected. Very clean, and perfect for a family of 3-4. Beautiful oceanfront view, that's in an excellent location, just between Fort Fisher Aquarium and Kure Beach Pier. Owner James, is quick to respond, and thorough with arrival/departure instructions. Great place!!

Oceanfront with a balcony to enjoy, walks on the beach, and the sound of the waves. Lots of privacy being at the end of Kure Beach. Cozy, bright, condo with everything you need. What a great place!

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Everything is as advertised... clean and comfortable and the best view on the beach. We'll be back, Lord willing! What a blessing!
