I like the aircon it is cold.
I don’t like the bed because it is 2 pieces single bed. Sometimes the other bed will be separated to other bed. And I also don’t like that there is no wifi. And I also don’t like that the TV is not working. And the TV doesn’t have Netflix or youtube it is not smart tv. And the towel that they gave me when I used it my whole body got itchy.

I like that there is a free hygiene kit that includes a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo.
It was unsanitary. We spat a few little cockroaches. They are crawling in the sink, at the wall, and on the floors! We understand that parking is not free but we paid for 150 pesos! Pricey for a lot that's not even gated and no security personnel.

Nothing... cockraches everywhere and its true.they are scammers they didnt refund our deposit because of smoking in a smoking room???? Worst place and very dirty...

All linens, bathtowels and chairs were not clean enough.
The bathtowels linens and chairs are not cleaned enough. And the area going upstairs to our room had an unwanted smell

Internet is not working properly when connecting the tv. Even the owner visited to assist me how to fix it but failed. I have to use myphone to use hotspot using my data, not theirs. Shower towels are not at par. It was like torn into two.

Assigned room 301. The entire room was clean and pleasant
The water system in the bathroom is weak. You can't even take a shower properly. I did not take a shower coz it was frustrating. The TV's remote control is not working even if I asked assistance to the staff. The staff did not know how to fix it. It was not fixed. TV was fixed in just one tv network.

I like how the hotel is positioned around restaurants for easy food access
I didn't like the noice can't sleep because i can hear the noice outside of our room in the hallway

Value for money if you need to stay for several days.
The request I made for extension of stay did not push through in booking. Com, but the owner called me and was able to resolve the issue.

Passing thru a corridor going up to the room is not so convenient as you can see and smell unpleasant things.

when the floors wet it’s extremely slippery come out of shower and it’s deadly . not many of the light bulbs were working in the room . internet too slow to play the Netflix as only option on tv

It was near to where we wanted to be.
They over charged me, not recognizing the rate given by booking.com and instead charging cash for the cancellation value. Not impressed at all with the service. Plus the room faced the road. Way to noisy.

Poor staff, dirty toilet,kitchen with cockroaches and hallway was dirty and smell bad.
