Air conditioner made it cool and clammy. Hot water was Luke warm. Wood floors made easy care for you but unruly people on above floor had no respect for quiet after 10 PM.

Location was good for what we needed.

Some extended hotels provided some kitchen items this hotel provided nothing. No breakfast was provided either.

our reservation was for a queen room with a tub we were given a handicap room with a full-size bed and no tub. When I ask the guy at the desk about it he told me there was nothing he could do about it that was all they had. We made a reservation April 1 I should’ve had the room that I reserved. When I went into the room it smelled like someone had just gone to the bathroom in there and I told him and he told me it was not his problem he doesn’t clean the rooms. They still charge me for a queen room even though we did not receive that room. We checked out the next morning and found a different hotel. I have requested a refund through guest relations and WoodSpring suites.

Met with several disclaimer forms that needed to be signed at check-in (take out your own garbage) - rather unwelcoming. Attendant took photo copied of drivers licenses - why? Although room had kitchenette facilities, there were no utensils. plates or even a cup in the room. No coffee maker. Room very sterile - uncarpeted floors. No sure of the target market for this hotel. Do not recommend.

Everything the staff is very nice

Honestly nothing other than the fact they have kitchenettes. Housekeeping rarely comes by. You have to stop them and ask for stuff.

A couple weeks into my stay. My wife went to renew the room and they put of the blue told us that we would have to pay a 200 deposit for our stay. And we pay weekly so that’d be an extra 200 a week just to stay there. Not only that we have an emotion support animal and they lost our paperwork for my animal. And didn’t have any paperwork showing we were staying there. This hotel was completely unprofessional the actual manager wasn’t charging these fees and deposits but once I talked with the assistant manager when the manager was off that day I was then told I would have to pay these fees. So it seems as though someone doesn’t know how to do their job or wasnt trained correctly. Had my wife completely worked up and anxious not knowing what’s going on. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel. There is another kitchenette hotel less than 10 minutes away that is way better than this place

The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean.

No coffee, shampoo, blow dryer. Got there late after sitting at the hospital all day and the front desk was locked down and about 20 guys partying in the parking lot. Just didn’t feel overly safe but had no problems.

Wow! This place is amazing. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and so kind. I'm so happy with my stay that I won't stay anywhere else.
