La posizione centrale era bella, il personale cordiale, la camera era spaziosa, la pulizia era buona a livello di pulizia sanitari e pavimenti.
Quando siamo arrivati (31 dicembre) il riscaldamento era spento e nella stanza faceva parecchio freddo (direi tra i 10 e i 15 gradi). Usciti dalla camera verso le 16 abbiamo chiesto di accendere il riscaldamento e al nostro ritorno verso le ore 20.30 i termosifoni erano caldi, ma la stanza ancora fredda, fino al mattino successivo non ha raggiunto una temperatura accettabile.
Forse a causa del riscaldamento che normalmente rimane spento quando le stanze sono vuote, in camera c'era un odore pungente poco gradevole (descritto anche in altre recensioni, soprattutto su google). Capisco che non era un hotel a 4 stelle, ma siamo a livelli limite dell'abitabilità della stanza. Mi dispiace ma esperienza negativa.

The lady who managed the hotel was very friendly. The room itself was clean and adequate to my needs and was a good value for the money. The hotel is only a five-minute walk to the train station and is proximate to the middle of town.
I have no complaints at all about the hotel room, the service, the location, or the price. If someone were to stay in Foligno, I would recommend this hotel.

La Toretta is centrally located in the town of Foligno, a quick 7-10 minutes walk from the train station. The hostess Mariana was available at all times and was very helpful. We were a little apprehensive about taking the stairs (our room was on the 4th floor), but it was quite okay eventually. The stairs are broad, well-lighted, not steep or rickety, so the ascent is not at all dreadful even with luggage. Good WiFi & breakfast, clean toilet, sufficient toiletries, central location...overall good value for the money you pay. There's free water and chocolate in the reception. The center of town is just a 5-minute walk and the bus station is another 5-minute on foot on the opposite direction. Recommended for a budget or short stay.

It was a Good location, & breakfast was also good. Landlady was very helpful.
There was a small problem with the toilet cistern, which was making a constant drip noise, but I was able to sort it out myself.
