Great place! It was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We came down for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and needed a place since they didn't have enough room for us. This place was perfect. Great views, felt like home. Just wish our stay was longer. On a side note, my daughter left her stuffed fox animal there. Is there any way you could look for it? She has had this fox since she was about 4 years old. We will be happy to pay for shipping cost if it is found.

We loved our stay. It was on a peaceful canal that had dolphins swim by on a few mornings we were here. It was wonderful.

This place was perfect for me and my husband and 2 kids (4 and 7). The views of the river off the balcony made it a nice place to sit and relax, and having the private beach, a pool, and two restaurants right on property was great! There was also a fun dolphin/manatee boat cruise that you could buy tickets and join from right on property, plus fishing charters. The property management company did need to come make a small repair to the bunk beds, but they emailed and let me know when they were coming, so that was just fine. The only drawbacks overall: Ruskin is pretty isolated. There were restaurants nearby, but we ended up driving 45 min most days to go explore. It didn’t bother us, since we wanted to go to both Tampa and Siesta Key, but just a heads up that you will either be staying on site a lot (with plenty to do!) or driving quite a bit. Also, the walk to the restaurants/beach/pool is about 5-10 minutes. Again, we like to walk a lot on vacation, but definitely needed a stroller for our littlest and people with mobility issues may want to drive (there is parking over there). Would be great if the property company could have a beach wagon and some beach supplies (kids sand toys) available in the place, just to make it a little easier to get back and forth. Also a map to figure out where the pool is would be great. Some friendly neighbors helped us out there. Overall a great stay, and couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather!

Property had been recently painted. It was a decorated nicely. The kitchen cabinets need some TLC as there is some peeling happening with the covering applied to the outside. The peeling is only noticeable when you open the cabinets and look at the door edges. Closet door in master bedroom is color mismatched from the other doors.

This condo was everything we needed for our stay. Access to pool and beach area plus restaurant within walking distance. Comfy accommodations. Would recommend.

Quiet scenic location. Internet and cable with nice size flat screen. 2nd and 3rd floor rear patios with nice views of the river. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 very nice bar/restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful sunsets at the, where else, Sunset Grill overlooking Tamp Bay. Plus, a Publix grocery store only 10 min. away on Rte 41.

My family and I traveled to Florida for a family birthday. We had never stayed and Little Harbor before, and we were very impressed with the property. Our unit was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated/furnished. The rugs looked brand new and helped us to feel safe with our little ones traveling up and down stairs. We loved being able to enjoy the four different balconies. The bunk beds were perfect for my young family. We were very sad to leave and are already talking about wanting to book this unit for our next visit!

My only complainant is there are not enough clean towels. The washer was full of dirty towels when we arrived. Other than that excellent place to stay. Clean, plenty of room and nice atmosphere outside.

The apartment was spacious and clean. There are two balconies, one on the main floor and one from the master bedroom with stunning views of the sunrise each morning. The kitchen was well stocked for quick meals. We had sufficient pillows and blankets. The beds were comfortable and exactly as described. The living room pull-out bed was quite cozy. We loved everything about our stay. If there was one complaint, and it has nothing to do with the apartment, is that is quite isolated. There is not a lot to do around here. If you have a car, you should be fine. Dan was super responsive and took care of matters quickly.

We love this condo. Very nicely decorated. Very comfortable. The 4 decks have great views. Found some electrical outlets not working and they fixed the problem very quickly. Wish there was a little more to do within walking distance. The community and restaurants are very nice. Unfortunately it is super hot so far which puts a damper on some activities.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed sitting in the balconies watching the boats go by. Can’t wait to go back!

We've stayed at Little Harbor before. This was the first time at this property. Thumbs up all around. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Any questions I had prior to arriving were answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse at 517 Bahia Beach Boulevard is beautiful. It was immaculately cleaned when we arrived. Kudos to the cleaning staff. We love everything about the townhouse except there is no lamp in the living room. It’s a little difficult to read at night and that would make it so much easier.All in all it is a beautiful townhouse with a beautiful atmosphere and a beautiful view. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to rent.

We have enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. The unit is furnished nicely and the kitchen had all of our basic needs for preparing meals. It is enjoyable to sit on the rear balconies and enjoy the peaceful environment. The restaurant on grounds has good food and it’s an easy walk there as well as to the little beach area. Daily walks became a part of my daily routine, We had a couple of things that needed attention -eg- smoke detector deciding it needed a replacement battery in the middle of the night. Maintenance responded to our concerns and everything was quickly resolved. Good customer service and communication! It’s definitely a big “Thumbs Up” for the unit and for our stay.

From start to finish our experience at Little Harbor was stellar. The townhouse was clean, well decorated and in a perfect location to the pool and the beach. We quickly rented for next year because we would not miss another Christmas here again.

This was our first time using VRBO and it was an easy experience. House was very well kept. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the balconies. Short walk to beach, go early in the morning and take a walk down the pier and spot all the fish and crab just hanging around. My 5 year old loved that. Area is pretty quiet, but close to everything. We took the drive to St. Petersburg and Anna Maria Island most days. Check out was just as easy as check in. We would definitely stay here again

The townhouse was very attractive, comfortable, and located easy walking distance to the beach, pool, all amenities. Loved the front and back porches. Would definitely rent again.

The unit is nicely decorated, clean and equipped with the basics. The bunk room was great for our kids.

I would definitely stay here again. The place was spacious. The kids sure liked the bunk beds. Location was great. A short walk to the beach and tons of grocery stores nearby. We cooked everyday at the condo. There were restaurants nearby as well.

The property was beautiful and clean, just like the pictures. Good location close to lots of places and things. All questions were met almost immediately through g mail. Warning! Be prepared for lots of stairs. That is absolutely the only negative. Otherwise, I rate it a 9 out of 10.

Perfect get away for our family

We stayed here for 1 month to visit family and have a vacation. The location is great with views of the boats and wildlife (including dolphins and manatees) and the townhome is comfortable and well decorated. Highly recommended staying here.

Property was great. Bery quiet with porches on front and back. Back porches have a great view of sunrise and the marina. Would highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our stay. The condo was immaculate and had everything that was listed in the ad. Back porchesare perfect for watching the sunrise and has a great view of the marina. There are two great restaurants in site as well. We did some events in Tampa and went to Siesta Key and both were within an hour drive. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

The townhome is very comfortable, neat and clean, and nicely decorated. The balcony seating and dining table chairs do not sacrifice comfort for cuteness.

The property is very well decorated and comfortable. I am looking for two three bedroom units 11/20 - 11/29 which are next to or close to each other.
