The staff were all friendly and helpful. When I forgot to push the service needed sign, we addressed it with front desk who made sure we got clean towels. Food was excellent and GM made sure everyone left happy, every day
The second bed, closest to the door, was not very comfortable and squeaked

Nice rooms and beds
First time we went up to our room, we walked in on some lady, then when we got into a different room, a group of men walked in on myself and my child, it was very uncomfortable to have that happen.

Shuttle service from airport is fantastic, especially as the hotel owner accompanied us himself. Hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, especially the night desk clerk. The breakfast was very yummy.
The computer in the business centre kept asking for sign in credentials, which made it difficult to complete the work I was trying to finish.

The bright room. Clean, updated and fresh looking.
The breakfast. No muffins, or fruit, light breakfast. Noodles and things I didn't understand would be breakfast choices.
For a room that expensive, the toilet paper is too thin and not really useable. Should have better toiletries and bathrobes. Jet tub ot something more luxurious. Ice tastes like bleach. Disgusting. Will not stay again for that price range
