Beautiful and centrally located to the University and downtown. Extremely spacious clean and comfortable. An amazing value, less expensive than the local hotels located on the outskirts of town with less reviews. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Waco

This unit was very well appointed and nicely renovated. I have been travelling a lot and by far this unit is a favourite and I would not hesitate to recommend it. They thought of everything- from the make up facecloths provided to the comfy beds, great location, extra parking passes for your quests, quiet location and filtered water in the fridge!

Check in and out was extremely easy.

The people in the unit next to ours had a dog that barked frequently. Pets shouldn't be allowed. The air conditioning unit was noisy when it was running.

The location was great. I liked the two bathrooms and bedrooms.

I did not like the price. It was a tad pricey for what you get. The apartment had a few indications of wear and tear that had not been addressed.

I liked the fully stocked kitchen, free Roku, and two full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and cozy.

The floor probably needed a good mopping. Feet and socks were left dusty and dark after walking around without shoes after having just arrived.
