Very well-located property. Small but tidy and well-equipped. "Patio" is really a patch of driveway, but was fine for relaxed morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay.

It was everything that we needed and so so close to everything.

We had a great stay in Ogunquit, namely due to the location of this suite. Walk to the beach! Walk downtown! Walk the marginal way to perkins cove! The suite is perfect for two. Communication from Jack was awesome. We didn’t respond though because we were so unplugged and relaxed. Thank you!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Just two nights in beautiful Ogunquit, so close to shopping and food, we barely needed the car! The unit was exactly as pictured and described, perfectly appointed for everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two!

Great place and great price

More like a hotel room than a studio but central location on a quiet street close to beach and downtown shops and restaurants. A microwave would be a big improvement rather than the brand new toaster-oven; a few bowls would help too.

We loved this adorable cottage like room! It was clean, comfortable and had every little detail one might want or need. Lee was available and responded quickly to our questions. Checking in was easy. Onsite parking and within walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved it and definitely choose to stay there again!

This suite was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It was my birthday weekend and my boyfriend and I wanted to quaint place to stay and be able to walk around Ogunquit. This was THE perfect location! It’s literally in the heart of town and getting a permanent place to park your car makes it even better. It’s so clean and adorable. They thought Of every detail when putting this little gem together. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay for 2, this is the place! Felt like home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay in Lee's patio suite. The suite was clean, quiet, nicely decorated and a great home base for exploring the area. We hardly used our car since everything is in walking distance. Highly recommended, thanks again Lee.

After arriving at our parking spot on the property I put away my car keys. We were able to easily walk to the restaurants and shops. The beach and the Ogunquit theater were also easy 10 minute walks. What we saw in the pictures and description is what we got The room was a bit small but clean and functional. We made good use of the small patio area sitting on the comfortable Adirondack chairs while we had our morning coffee and early afternoon cocktails. The area was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here now a couple times and love it. Cannot beat the location and owner makes this so easy.

This property is in the downtown area that has many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed the property, it was perfect for my husband and I. Much quieter than any of the hotels we've stayed at in the area and very clean. Highly recommend!

Lee is a great host.

From the beginning, Lee, the property owner was wonderful, and even when we had a glitch in our plans, she was willing to work with us. Her assistant, Dena, was also lovely and was there when we arrived. Lee had graciously allowed us to park and take possession of the place earlier in the day than stated on the website, which again was very thoughtful and considerate. My only concern is the size of the room. It did not to seem like a suite to me, since there was only seating for one person, so it was not enjoyable for two people to relax inside the room without utilizing the bed. My husband and I are two small to average sized adults, but the limited space, although well appointed and functional, was a bit of a challenge. The outdoor patio was lovely, and we did take good advantage of it. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Shore Road and from there Marginal Way was another few minutes, or going in the other direction, it was a pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach. I would not hesitate to visit another one of Lee's properties should there be something larger that better fits our needs, as she was a very responsive and caring host.

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was very centrally located within easy walking distance to the center of town and the beach! We especially enjoyed our evening walks on the Marginal Way to dinner in Perkins Cove! We would stay at this quiet, well kept location again!
