Schönes Apartment zentrumsnah in der schönen Altstadt mit verbesserungswürdigen Hinweisen

Das Ambiente. Die Wohnung war gut restauriert.

Es gab keine Hinweise auf Parkmöglichkeiten. Allgemeine Hinweise zum Aufenthalt fehlten. Es gab keine Hinweise zum Entsorgen des Mülls. Hinweise zu Veranstaltungen und zur Entrichtung der Tourismusabgabe fehlten. Die Prospekte zu möglichen Aktivitäten zeigten teilweise erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren. Es gab lediglich den Hinweis, man möge sich nicht scheuen, Anfragen an den Vermittler zu stellen.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Leiden.

Great location and the overall comfort of the apartment. It also has a very well equipped kitchen for self catering and a lovely terrace by the canal. I would highly recommend this place.

The washing machine did not work properly, it did not drain water so everything was still soaked and dripping after the complete run.

I like pakasa because it is close to shops, restaurants, bus stops and Albert Heijn supermarkets, only 150 m away

It was perfect for our needs.

I liked the decor, the loft, and the balcony over oude rijn. It was peaceful yet close to the action. The location was perfect for us.

The only things we missed were a microwave and a hair dryer.

Would definitely come back

Wonderful location, the best views and a peaceful setting. Proximity to supermarket, shops, Saturday market and within 15 minutes (beautiful) walk of the station. Very comfortable beds. Quiet.

The larger nonstick pans were badly scratched/unusable. Do watch out for the climb down the ladder from the bed on the mezzanine level -- quite tricky at night!

Lots of room, good location.

Lots of space and close to supermarkets and shops. Had everything in the room and kitchen which made it super comfortable. Definitely coming back again!

A real treat in the heart of Leiden

The condition of the building is exceptional. The apartment was delightful and fitted with everything you need. The location, in the heart of Leiden old town is just stunning. High quality in every respect;

The heating seems to be controlled centrally and we had the loft apartment. Given the season it was somewhat chilly, but not cold. There was no heating adjustment in the apartment.

Its homy and cozy

Its very cozy apt and complete with household stuff to support our stay. Situated in the heart of Leiden, made us easy in exploring and enjoying this cultural and educational city.

The ladder to the attic is to steep for us, yet we can manage in using it.

Great location! Very comfortable with many special amenities! I will be back!!!

Better ventilation especially in the bathrooms. It needs a lighted keypad on outdoor entrance. It was hard to see in the dark.

Exceptional

The beautiful interior and very quiet area. It is only just over 100 metres to Albert Heijn Supermarket. Shower was fantastic and all of the electrical items one would need. It is nearby the cafes and main shopping street Haarlemmer Straat.

It was peaceful and welcoming place.

The balcony was the best feature. The location in the center of Leiden was fantastic. The style of this room was really nice.

The bathroom sink does not drain properly. There needs to be a light directly over the kitchen area. The door to the balcony does not open/close properly. Need better instructions on how to use clothes dryer.

Comfortable with Convenient Location

Convenient to shopping, restaurants and all local attractions. Within blocks of bus lines and walkable to Leiden Central. Modern and clean with all appliances in good condition. Friendly and responsive personnel. Felt very much at home. Nice neighbors.

Because floors are wooden, one can hear upstairs neighbors heavy footing or moving furniture around. Beware that off and on there might be noise from home renovation going on next door. No A/C.

Great location, spacious and nicely decorated.

We had tiny spiders in our living room that got onto our stuff. We told the host but they said there was nothing to do about it. Not very helpful.
