The rooms are very big, and with old furniture. The owners of the hotel and the staff are very friendly. We like the dinners and breakfasts. They are tasty.

The road to the hotel was difficult to find and like a lane. Carpark is another problem. It was just for 5-6 cars.

The staff were all very pleasant, the rooms were very spacious and clean. The views were gorgeous. There was a variety of foods which were all delicious.

Unfortunately there is a large hill from the road to get to the hotel. Difficult in the heat when walking up twice/three times a day with my pregnant partner.

Pelagos is a very nice family hotel and it's just what we needed. We came with my parents and my one year old daughter, so we were choosing a place where it is not loud, with spacious rooms and also opportunity to cook something for the baby. We've got what we needed and moreover people who work there were extremely nice and helpful to us. With my husband we left our small daughter and my parents who don't speak English or Greek for a several days there and we were sure they will get any help they need. It's calm, safe, very friendly, the view is great, the food is different every day and also good. So we loved it.

Relax environment. Hotel up to the hill with really nice views of mountains and sea. Quiet and peaceful place. Staff was always willing to help and give you recommendations, couldn't be better in that way. Balcony was great, quiet and amazing views. You could feel that the apartment was renovated but I'd say that minor things could be changed.

Not sure if it met my expectations for a 4 stars hotel. I would have expected a bit more in terms of dinner variety for example. We came from a 4 stars hotel back in Italy and Spain and you could feel the difference. Only few dishes to try. I would have expected more variety of fish (for being in a mediterranean area). Also, few options for kids in that sense. Salad was the same every single day, bit boring considering summer salad options. Same for fruit, every the day same as a dessert, few variety in general for the buffet. Also, only one high chair available for kids, for example last dinner we waited for 30min to have it free. Not so convenient when you have a 2 years old kid. Also, I didn't like that pool was closing at 6.30pm, I know it is related to dinner time, but when summers are so warm, it just feels to soon. One more recommendation would be that the main window (in the room) could have a mosquito net. It was impossible to sleep with the window opened due to mosquitos and bees. I would have expected this for a 4 star hotel. Our air conditioning was not working (or at least it was impossible to find the remote control to turn it on). Jacuzzzi was not working either and every time we took a shower, the floor was full of water. Apartments need a bit more of renovation in terms of windows (they looked too old and noisy), bath tub. Also, we only got shampoo for the first day and that was all, I don't think we are the ones should be asking for that. Same for my kid, he didn't get towels (bath or beach) and they knew he was coming. They gave us bath (not beach towel) when we asked for them. Access to the hotel, drive up to the hill. Need to be careful, but there is nothing else you can do. Booking sold us as a junior suit room (don't agree). It's an hotel with really great potential, great location, great staff, but they need to work a bit more on the quality.

First of all, Moraitika (a village) is a pretty dirty, not visually attractive looking very worn out and very boring place to be. Good for die-hard pensioners and those who is prepared to stay at least 90% of the time at the hotel spending your time in a lazy way - sleep, eat, drink, swim - ONLY. But then you need to have good in-house facilities to enjoy this way of holidays. The property is rated 4 stars. Hmmm... Doubtful....Our friends stayed at another 4* hotel nearby (Delfinia) which was really much better in all respects as we visited them... 1. This property is located up at the hill so you need to climb pretty steep road 300-400 m every time while the other hotel is just right at the beach. 2. The territory is much much less 3. Wifi was horrible claimed to be like this because of the storm happened 2 few weeks ago while our friends did not have any problem with their internet connection at their hotel - checked by me. 4. Pool was OK (better than none) but much smaller than the one at another hotel. 5. We had an issue with TV, broadcasting only German channels. Asked to tune it for the English ones but they could not. The TV set itself is as tiny as IPAD size. It wasn`t that important for us but still... 6. Towels in the room are exchanged every other day which is very odd to me for the 4* property. 7. Food was eatable but did not impress at all. Very standard in taste and variety. We are not too demanding though. All in all I`d rate the property 3+ at best. Truly better than 3 but certainly not good for 4. Comparative rating.

Exceptional service from owners, floor and kitchen staff. They definitely went beyond standard service. Up to a point where they prepared a milk free dinner due to my milk intolerance.

We had a fantastic week in Corfu. The hotel and our hosts also played a big role in this. The staff was always helpful and kind to us. Breakfast and dinner were varied and plentiful. My wife is vegetarian, gluten and milk sensitive. However she always found several dishes to choose from. Everything was very tasty. Once again a big thank you to Nicoli and George and all the staff. Bees everywhere annoying breakfast and dinner, it was really difficult to really enjoy the food because the bees were attracted by it.
