We were a group of nine celebrating our Mom’s 70th birthday. We wanted to all stay at the same property but have enough space for everyone. This beautiful home was perfect. The 6 master bedrooms all have a king bed and the game room was equipped with several bunks. The living areas are spacious and have lots of seating. The kitchen and dining room were very large and also had seating for groups much larger than ours. The kitchen was well appointed with numerous appliances, such as crock pots and blenders. There was a second refrigerator in the garage to hold all of our beverages as well. The view off of each balcony was truly beautiful. The sk- lift swing was a huge hit with everyone! This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet a close drive to the busy part of town. We had the perfect home to make our Mom’s 70th memorable.

We had the best time in this gorgeous perfectly appointed home. Our family ranged from 18-60. There was something for everyone and very close to beach and we enjoyed hiking behind the property. Love it!

Stunning home. Great location with direct access to hiking. Lots of places to gather including a large outdoor porch. Immaculately clean with a well-stocked and labeled kitchen. Lots of small private balconies to get away from the large family when needed. Hot tub was clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the stay. Great property for families. Access to hiking. House was perfect for people who want to gather in groups or retreat to their own space. Showers had great water pressure and immediate hot water. House is in a great location. Property manager was nice and helpful. Rules were simple. We would definitely stay again.

This property is gorgeous, with stunning views East Peak and Tahoe. There was plenty of space for the folks who were staying there to be comfortable. The kitchen is huge, and had plenty of space for cooking.
The parking is limited, 6 cars total. While the garage is a two car garage, you would have trouble fitting two SUVs inside of it (we fit a RAV 4 and compact car). There is no street parking for rental units in Stateline, but the other houses definitely were parking on the street at all hours of the day.
The advertisement states that "• Everything feels brand new, stylish, clean and well-maintained." Which is only partially true. The house is clean, but not brand new, and there were definitely some maintenance issues that need addressing.
The lights in the emergency kit were also out of batteries. This became evident when we had a power outage.
That all being said, this house was perfect for our stay and I would recommend it to others.

The house was better than advertised. We would all stay there again in a heartbeat. The place is huge and perfectly set up for multiple families. We dont have anything negative to say at all. Great trip.

We had multiple families with 6 year olds skiing at Heavenly and this property was perfect! The Property Manager was very easy to communicate with and the House was stocked with everything we needed. The living area was very accommodating for our group- we never felt like we were crowded. Beautiful home and great location to the lake and slopes.

My family and I went skiing in Tahoe right when the blizzard hit. The house was perfect and as advertised. The manager reached out to us to make sure everything was ok.They shoveled the driveway every morning so that we wouldn't have any issues getting out.

We travelled as a group of longstanding friends, that are family in all but name.
Us and our 6 & 8 year old, My oldest friend and his wife and my other oldest friends wife and 12 year old son and 8 year old daughter.
Arrived really late at night, zero issue with access and communication.
House is amazing !!!!
Split over multiple levels, with all the main bedrooms on one floor, plenty of space to put the kids in their own rooms or share if they wanted.
Master suite having a fireplace was a joy ...
There was literally anything we needed in the huge kitchen and the living space having multiple areas was perfect.
We picked the best week for skiing, Loads of snow before we arrived, 5 perfect clear days and then snow the night before our last full day.
Stagecoach and boulder lifts just up the road, Main gondola for Heavenly 5 minutes away.
Grocery stores, bars and takeaway food within minutes.
We all enjoyed the hot tub, kids played in the snow ... it was just perfect.
As a group we have had a tough year and this was just what we needed.
Next time we are in Tahoe, I wouldn't rent anywhere else !

It was so nice walking into a beautiful house that was fully stocked with anything you would need. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with spices, dishes, utensils, etc.
We loved our stay and will be back again!

The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped for the meals I cooked for our group. The host was communicative and flexible as we dealt with some bad weather during the tail end of our trip. Highly recommended!

We loved our 3-night stay. This property had everything we needed, and plenty of space (and then some) for two families of four. The backyard turned out to be an amazing place for the kids to explore and enjoy the snow, and the spa was a perfect activity as well. It’s a short drive to Edgewood, great coffee, and more … we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The huge kitchen and dining areas were utilized almost constantly. We loved that coffee and bagels were walking distance and we were only a few minute drive to SLT and the downtown area. Thanks!

This property was amazing. The views were top notch and could not ask for a better location. Close proximity to all that South Lake Tahoe/Stateline has to offer. I would highly recommend this property and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

This property has it all. Very clean, nicely organized, every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen is nicely labeled so you don'y have to play non stop concentration looking for things. It is. large home and laid out so you can entertain and find quiet areas to relax at the same time. All the beds are comfortable and almost every room has a beautiful view of the forest. Nicely secluded on what appears to be at least an acre lot. In a nutshell, if you have a fairly good size group, you would be hard pressed to find a better home. And lastly, both the owner and the property manager quickly responded to every question we had.

Our stay at Luis's Property was absolutely perfect. Everything was as described, stocked for every need, etc.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't our friend that weekend but Luis's property allowed us to have a fabulous weekend enjoying the house and all it had to offer.
His communication was prompt and clear. I have no complaints and would certainly book again!

This home was perfect for our Anniversary celebration week. The grandkids loved the backyard and the pool table bunk room. Lots of room for everyone! The kitchen is very well stocked and we appreciated the coffee bar! This spacious house is close to everything in Southern Lake Tahoe. David greeted us shortly after we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay in Lake Tahoe!

This home was wonderful for our family reunion! We had people from VA, ID, CO, TX and CA and the house was amazing! The age range was 3 thru 86 and everyone was comfortable. There are lots of games and the little ones loved the hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked and we even made pasta from scratch. Great location near casinos and beaches so you don’t have to fight the traffic on US 50. I would rent this home again!

The property was exactly as described in the listing, was very clean, well maintained and modern. The views were incredible and we hiked right out of the back door and had access to trails and breathtaking scenery. Proximity to casinos, breweries, restaurants and beaches were surprisingly close as well. Would absolutely recommend!

Great experience. Great house and location. Easy drive to Boulder and Stagecoach lifts. One of our rental cars battery died and they came by and jumped it for us.

This is our second time enjoying ourselves at this beautiful property. The house is amazing but the outside is even better. For families with kids, the fact that this property backs up against Forest land means the adventures are endless. Highly recommend.

We love this property and like it for our annual family Christmas.
We were a little disappointed that the cable was gone and we could not see our Sunday football.
Some pots and kitchen utinsils could be replaced, but these small things would not keep us away. Thanks!

This property has more that you can expect. Well thought out, from inside to the outside. Nothing is missing from scissors to sandwich bags. All you need is your presence and don't forget food.

We had an incredible stay! The house had all the amenities that were needed and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was prime; close to restaurants, grocery stores, Heavenly Village, casinos and a short drive up the CA side to some beautiful hiking in Emerald Bay. The beds were so comfortable and it was nice having enough bathrooms for each couple to have their own. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great place with all expected and then som, amenities. place was spotless!!! Love it!! we were a group of 7 adults having an executive retreat. Everyone love it. The owner was super responsive on a system alert light that came on. Less than 10 minutes and he was there. Would highly recommended it!!!!
