This is a beautiful house!! The kitchen is huge and fully loaded with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner! We had an amazing time and will definitely stay here again!!

We've stayed here many times and plan our vacation around availability of this house. It's gorgeous, clean, well-stocked, and spacious. We've stayed many places in Tahoe and nothing compares.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The huge kitchen and dining areas were utilized almost constantly. We loved that coffee and bagels were walking distance and we were only a few minute drive to SLT and the downtown area. Thanks!

This property was amazing. The views were top notch and could not ask for a better location. Close proximity to all that South Lake Tahoe/Stateline has to offer. I would highly recommend this property and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

This property has it all. Very clean, nicely organized, every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen is nicely labeled so you don'y have to play non stop concentration looking for things. It is. large home and laid out so you can entertain and find quiet areas to relax at the same time. All the beds are comfortable and almost every room has a beautiful view of the forest. Nicely secluded on what appears to be at least an acre lot. In a nutshell, if you have a fairly good size group, you would be hard pressed to find a better home. And lastly, both the owner and the property manager quickly responded to every question we had.

Our stay at Luis's Property was absolutely perfect. Everything was as described, stocked for every need, etc. Unfortunately the weather wasn't our friend that weekend but Luis's property allowed us to have a fabulous weekend enjoying the house and all it had to offer. His communication was prompt and clear. I have no complaints and would certainly book again!

This home was perfect for our Anniversary celebration week. The grandkids loved the backyard and the pool table bunk room. Lots of room for everyone! The kitchen is very well stocked and we appreciated the coffee bar! This spacious house is close to everything in Southern Lake Tahoe. David greeted us shortly after we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay in Lake Tahoe!

We had a wonderful stay and all the reviews are right on. The house is just gorgeous and has the wow factor once you walk into the home. David the property manager who greeted us upon arrival and departure was very informative and friendly. We will book again.

This home was wonderful for our family reunion! We had people from VA, ID, CO, TX and CA and the house was amazing! The age range was 3 thru 86 and everyone was comfortable. There are lots of games and the little ones loved the hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked and we even made pasta from scratch. Great location near casinos and beaches so you don’t have to fight the traffic on US 50. I would rent this home again!

The property was exactly as described in the listing, was very clean, well maintained and modern. The views were incredible and we hiked right out of the back door and had access to trails and breathtaking scenery. Proximity to casinos, breweries, restaurants and beaches were surprisingly close as well. Would absolutely recommend!

The place was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great location, close to the slopes and to Heavenly village. The hot tub was also huge and had a great view of the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great experience. Great house and location. Easy drive to Boulder and Stagecoach lifts. One of our rental cars battery died and they came by and jumped it for us.

Check in process was Fast and easy! Some of the nicest views I have woken up to. This has to be one of my favorite stays ever!

This is our second time enjoying ourselves at this beautiful property. The house is amazing but the outside is even better. For families with kids, the fact that this property backs up against Forest land means the adventures are endless. Highly recommend.

We love this property and like it for our annual family Christmas. We were a little disappointed that the cable was gone and we could not see our Sunday football. Some pots and kitchen utinsils could be replaced, but these small things would not keep us away. Thanks!

This property has more that you can expect. Well thought out, from inside to the outside. Nothing is missing from scissors to sandwich bags. All you need is your presence and don't forget food. We had a great time, Thank you Dave for all your help.

We had an incredible stay! The house had all the amenities that were needed and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was prime; close to restaurants, grocery stores, Heavenly Village, casinos and a short drive up the CA side to some beautiful hiking in Emerald Bay. The beds were so comfortable and it was nice having enough bathrooms for each couple to have their own. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great place with all expected and then som, amenities. place was spotless!!! Love it!! we were a group of 7 adults having an executive retreat. Everyone love it. The owner was super responsive on a system alert light that came on. Less than 10 minutes and he was there. Would highly recommended it!!!!

I was looking for a nice place for my husband and I to stay with our adult children that had bathrooms for every bedroom, and I found it in this beautiful home. It was well supplied with everything that a group would need. We were very impressed!

The property was VERY clean, the kitchen was AMAZINGLY well stocked. The labels made finding everything a breeze. We tried to adhere to recycling but didn’t realize caradboard was not part of recycling in NV so we messed that up.(recycling info would have been helpful). Overall the place was beautiful and well designed and comfortable for our group. The most frustrating parts were: The listing said air conditioned on main level. In fact it was only about 1/2 of the main floor that the 1 air conditioner (albeit an industrial unit) cooled. We also stumbled into the the hottest weather Tahoe has had in a long time which of course was out of anyone’s control.. On that subject, things cooled down overnight so if you had the windows open you were reasonably comfortable. However, one bedroom had no screens at all and another had a screen but the window wouldn’t open. Also, the drains in a couple of the bathrooms were slow, so you ended up standing in 5-6 inches of water by the end of the shower. Finally the most frustrating was trying to figure out how to use the TV. We were able to get a few of the streaming channels but never figured out how to access the cable channels. It would have been nice to have instructions (like the ones for the air conditioner, they were great instructions!). But as I said, the good outweighed the bad by a considerable amount. We had a wonderful time.

Such a great house, clean, well organized, fabulous amenities. The setting is peaceful, yet very close to beaches, shopping, grocery. It was a nice respite with lovely mountain views and access to trails. Highly recommend this house!

This house was fantastic. We stayed during the end of June/early July 2022 with multi-generations of family and this house couldn't have been more perfect. Everything was labeled which made finding things all through the house very easy. The location was so close to town, beaches and casinos yet remote enough to be part of nature. The trail down to the creek from the house was fun for the kids. Most rooms had private bathrooms and there was plenty of living and eating space. Lots of decks which were nice and relaxing along with the hot tub. The only things I noticed which could be improved were one of the bedrooms downstairs didn't have screens on the windows and some of the sheets on the beds were a bit pilly and in need of replacement. I would definitely come back and recommend this house to friends. Thanks for a very nice stay!

Wonderful house with beautiful views. Plenty of room for our group. Loved having trails right off the backyard to do morning hikes. House was a great layout and very clean. Would stay here again if I ever get back to Lake Tahoe! Luis very quick to respond to questions.

This home was a wonderful home away from home for our family to meet for much needed time together. Together with our adult children and their families we were able to have amazing adventures every day within a short driving distance. Each day we came back to the house for great meals prepared in the well appointed kitchen. We settled in for games in the family room or hot tub soaks in the evenings and all slept well in the comfy beds. Though there are a few things that could use a coat of paint I highly recommend this house and we would stay again without hesitation. Luis was responsive and great to work with pre-trip and the same can be said for David once we arrived on-site.
