The property was super clean, great breakfast options, comfortable bed, and very friendly staff.

I was in 302, who ever was in 304 was loud, yelling, having sexual conversations with 2 woman and did not shut up till 5:30 am. Completely dissatisfied with this trip.

Have stayed here numerous times but after this trip I will find some where else to stay

The pillows need to better that’s what I needed because I couldn’t sleep so the pillows could have been better.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. For being a dog friendly hotel the facility was clean, we had no issues.

Breakfast needs a cook to cook it properly pancake machine was busted would have been better with a waffle iron ! The outside grills and seats are a nice touch

Some of the Staff was rude to everyone a Evan listening to some of y he phone conversation during breakfast ! I was offend and they were not talking to me ! I’m glad I didn’t talk to them to book our Room or would have probably just left like many people did !

My check in personnel was rude.

Front staff was polite and check in was quick and easy. They were able to accommodate us for early check in which was super helpful! The rooms were super clean and the beds were really comfortable and it was super quiet. I like the added touch of the welcome sign on the TV, made us feel welcomed.

The rooms were a bit small but it definitely did not take away from how great the overall experience was.

It was near essential places

The staff the front clerk was really rude and did not give the room that was paid for in advance and didn’t seem to care if we stayed or not when we came to the front to check in she said and I quote “ ugggg really” came to the front and said you here for a room or what I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life

Location is perfect, staff were extremely kind and the beds were so comfortable! Also good coffee!

My mattress was worn and needed to be flipped, didn't sleep well.

Cute, chic and mostly clean. Great breakfast variety.

Very noisy. Traffic noise until after midnight, quite loud even in a room away from the road. And the walls have no soundproofing. The couple in the next room made noise that kept us awake until midnight, then started up again at 4:15. Could hear them talking, laughing, and arguing. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they mumbled (yes, mumbled) something, but didn’t ask for any details or offer any type of explanation or apology.

I LOVED that this was exactly as advertised!!

Coffee but I do realize that you have a lot of guest and it is hard to predict how much people will drink (it was bitter). I will still be staying at a Tru Hotel whenever possible 😁

My room was very clean.

The place was clean , the floors didn’t have carpet and there was lots of food in the area . Pretty nice place

The colorful curtains feel Like they belong in a business instead of a home . It’s very distracting.

Breakfast wasn’t all that great. Next door to an extremely loud venue that kept us awake until 0200 most nights.

This was a good value and clean place to stay.

Unfortunately, my vehicle was side-swiped by a very large white pickup truck (the entire lot is full of big oil trucks) and my car was DIRECTLY in front of a camera, but when I asked the manager to look at the cameras, she said that one “wasn’t working”. To be honest, I felt she was trying to keep from showing me that camera because then her hotel would be liable for the damage. Which is shady, unprofessional and unethical. So the value of the hotel turned out to be quite expensive because I now have to pay $500 deductible to have my vehicle fixed because of negligence! And I parked in front of a secure door with lighting and cameras for protection. Needless to say, the likelihood of me choosing this hotel again is slim because of this and only this. Otherwise I would have written a beaming review. None of that matters if customers can’t feel safe that their vehicles won’t be damaged (parking spots too narrow and too few for the LARGE trucks to fill them all)

Super comfortable bed. Room had everything we needed. Nice and clean shower & bathroom.

The walls were very thin and we could hear every single word our neighbors were saying. Including their all-night lovemaking.

The location was great, hotel was next to a bunch of restaurants and bars and close to HEB, major highway and the airport. The staff was nice and everything was clean. Breakfast was great.. I would stay here again.

The amenities that were like the soap and lotion were very weird. It was also hard for me to sleep on my first night because there was a lot of weird noises that kept me up, Not sure if it was because it was on the first floor.
