They had bed bugs And it’s was all kinds of people outside in the parking lot trying to sell pills

The room was closed to the Mall

I had to walk downstairs to get some ice and the soda pop machine did not have anything in it but water

location is good

poor equipment and settlement Window shade is broken, ground is kind moisture even oily. you can feel the humidity in room.

the Location was perfect,right in the middle of everything.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was nice. Mini fridge is a good amenity to have in the room. Decent size TV.

A little improvement on the breakfast would be great but it's still a plus to have free breakfast as is.

the location was prime point to schedule. the exterior & common areas were very clean. the staff decorated very cute for the holiday.

the breakfast menu was half unavailable. the menu was posted but half of the items scratched out. there was only one elevator which gave me slight worry for getting down from 4th floor in an emergency, but there was thankfully not an emergency need.

That didn't have mi 2 queen room. They checked me in to a king bed instead. Which didn't work for me since I had 2 kids and my wife. I had to book a new reservation at a different hotel that night. This hotel red lion hasn't returned my money yet. Don't book at this location. Service is terrible at front desk.

The location and clean

Everything was perfect, only 1 thing i recommended to the manager is that this place, needs to make sure all doors are appropriately lubricant to avoid noise, my husband was having a bad night and the restroom door was very noisy and gave the family a hard time to sleep.
