Good communication from Carol before arrival, she was chatty and welcoming but also gave us space. Her home was very clean, bed comfy. Shared bath and shower. Parking outside. Close to walks and sights. Went out of her way to give us a particular breakfast. Hope she has a successful summer with lovely visitors to her homestay.

Carol is a super lovely host and the house is super clean and modern. We had everything we needed and it was a very convenient location. I was actually quite surprised because the price was so reasonable! Would def stay again if in the area. Thank you Carol!

The host was really amicable, made us feel at home. She gave us suggestions for places to visit, restaurants and pubs around Hayle. She made us feel at home. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Really loved it.

Booking said private bathroom. No it was shared with owner, felt uncomfortable as too much personal stuff. Continental breakfast lacking. Offered croissants, had one first morning, stale one left for next morning. Some yoghurt July date, ( we are in August). Strawberries seen better days. Breakfast not good. Felt we had to wash up ours and her breakfast utensils. Sorry not for us.

The best accommodation we have stayed in in Cornwall. The house is very clean and quiet. Availability of kitchen and bathroom. The owner is a very nice and friendly person. We can't wait to go back there

Carol was a great host and we took comfort in her generosity. Breakfast was great, everything you could wish for. Her spotless house is brand new situated in a lovely and recent development just over half an hour walk to the big beach. We had a spacious bedroom and the bathroom is well designed. Thumbs up really ! Just for the story, our host was helpful in every way, specially considering our previous day misfortune, a flat tyre on the road without a spare one in the boot. Thank you Carol.

Carole was very friendly and helpful, provided loads of food and lots of choice for breakfast and was altogether an excellent host.

Bathroom wasn't actually en suite, but private for us for the duration of our stay so not really a problem.
