Easy to access from the station. We chose to walk from another station to stretch our legs but unfortunately the direction link emailed from Booking.com sent us somewhere else which turned out to be a long way from the accommodation. Called the host who was very helpful and sent us some taxi numbers. Felt safe and comfortable and was an ideal location for what we had planned.

When I booked it stated check out was 11am, I double checked and still states this on Booking.com but the information received from the host said 10am. Some confusion over details.

walls are made out of tissue paper so had virtually no sleep due to to room next door. After being woken up around 23:40 by them coming in they then chatted loudly until we’ll past 03:00…… then the snoring kept me awake

paid £78 and didn’t even get to stay as the woman rang and said we had to pay an extra £100 damage deposit before she would give us the keys or the actual address to the property I asked her to meet us there to do the handover and let us inspect the property before paying the £100 she said this wasn’t possible so we ended up going and staying somewhere else costing us another £105. shocking service and no refund from booking.com will never use again

Room was v comfortable and shared kitchen area had everything you'd need. Washing machine was a bonus, really handy if u need refresh some stuff while yr have a cuppa! Also, no issues with parking.

Little bit hard to find, as was directed to front of building rather than the entrance, which is at the rear.. But in fairness once I figured it out was fine.

Peaceful and comfortable. Home from home and an ideal place to relax. Stores and eateries very close bye. one will not lack any thing.

The room was very nice and ventilated, it had a large bed, a wardrobe, a hairdryer, plenty of us to appreciate and use.

The TV wouldn't connect to the WiFi however so there was no way to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. But the satellite TV was fine. It's also a bit of a noisy area if you have the windows open, I woke up several times to screaming and shouting.

Advertised as a double bed however it was more like a 3/4 bed so tight for a couple. Owner took the keys home so we weren’t able to check in despite receiving the check in message with self serve details, when contacted we were advised it would take 40 minutes for keys to be dropped off - these were handed to us out of a car window before driving off without a comment on the delay.

this was a quick rushed last minute booking and i failed to read that a £100 room deposit is required to be paid at the property. i didn’t have the money to give them that however the delightful Crecencia who was on the phone to get us checked in and activate the room code for us was more than helpful at almost midnight. she was very understanding and put her trust within the word of and my sister who was staying there the night with her partner. she really went above and beyond for us and she made what could have been a real nightmare for us turn into a lovely stay in a beautiful room and that set the very high standard for us. 10/10 customer service for this place! and i very thing else just fit into place after this act of trust and kindness from a woman who i hope receives a promotion or pay rise at the very least! one again, Crecencia… thank you for your kindness and my sister had an amazing stay in a beautiful room with everything you need.

It was marketed as suitable for corporate and executive stays. We entered the building and left straight away. We had to find other accommodation for the night. I thought the accommodation was in the idyllic area of Sandal as it is called Sandal Park View. This was not the case. I was worried about leaving my car parked overnight and did not feel safe staying there. My son in law, who is from Wakefield, hadn’t realised we had booked there and told me to avoid the area as it was rough with a bad reputation. I complained to Booking. com and asked for my money back but I am still waiting for a reply!!

Easy to find. Parked easily. Good communication and instructions from the hosts. Easy to access the room. Bathroom was clean. Nice towels. Security deposit was returned promptly.

Surprised by having to pay an extra £100 security deposit. Not in a great area. Didn't feel terribly secure leaving the car in the carpark. Carpark not a great surface. The bed linen had an appalling smell, like wet dog. The fitted sheet was marked. The fitted sheet didn't fit the bed. (Think it was a single fitted sheet on a small double). The previous occupants toiletries had been left in the shower.
