In general the house was very nice and we enjoyed our time. Towels, were nicely prepped on each bed and the beds/pillows were quite comfortable.
Any comments made in this forum are only being made as suggestions to perhaps improve visitor experience in the future, and in no way took away from our enjoyment of the property or location.
The TV/Dining area was quite nice and bright during the day. But at night there were no shades to pull down leaving it somewhat uncomfortable with 8+ windows and darkness outside.
Some of the pots and pans are quite old and should be tossed out as they are not usable.
There are no bureau's or shelves in any of the bedrooms to place clothes. Since we were only at the house for 2 nights, it was not a problem, but for week long visitors it might be problematic.
The close proximity to beach is a huge bonus !....the description of " water view" although accurate, may be misleading, to some who are not familiar with the area, as it is a mere sliver. But nonetheless accurate .
All in all the house was clean, tidy and was a perfect location for our visit. I would not hesitate to book again !

Very clean, full of light, spacious, plenty of windows, folding tables etc. We were very happy to find not only towels for the beach but also lots of board games that made our days enjoyable even when it rained. When sunny we cooked outside, laying in the sun or doing yoga on the soft grass in the backyard.
The beach is very close, less than a mile away, so it’s great to have a walk anytime and then do whatever you want- sunbathe, swim, do yoga on the beach, or just walk along the ocean.

We loved being able to walk to west Dennis beach from the house. It was comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could need.

House is as described with ample bedrooms. Only 2 of the bedrooms have AC units so keep that in mind. Nice yard with outdoor furniture. No frills but gets the job done. Wifi a little spotty at times but always came back in a few minutes.

The house was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood! We would definitely rent again. Happy to report that there were no issues with bugs. There were plenty of towels left on each bed. Aside from cosmetic updates, this house is great. The yard is gorg too!

A summer home that only had a couple of small window a/c units,
Only 1 and a half rolls of Toilet paper. Family room couch and love seat full of stains. Small bedrooms full of unnecessary clutter. Heavy bed linens in the middle of summer.

The beach is close but should be described as a good walk not far for us but most people would think it was may be too long a walk. The beach was so nice in restaurants are walking distance the neighborhood was great overall we love the house the living room area was very comfortable with lots of windows and the yard was amazing. The rest of the house was pretty dated needing some upkeep and there was definitely an ant problem. There were lots of little ants in the bathroom also the kitchen we did not leave any food out but it seemed like they were drawn to the water.

We enjoyed our stay! Had a little trouble getting to the key, and there were some ants in the kitchen (to be somewhat expected in the cape), but otherwise it couldn’t have been better!

I rented this home for a girls weekend trip to the Cape! The home was very spacious and quaint; in a beautiful neighborhood. Very close to the water and walking distance to West Dennis Beach, great bars and restaurants. Can't wait to book again in the future!

This property was amazing and so very lovey. Only issue I had this stay was the water for the shower was ice cold, I’d expect this just because it is a vacation home for the summer but overall an amazing experience. Would definitely rent out again:) thank you so much!
