The size of the home, and access to the ocean, and the pool!

First time travelers to the Keys. Key Colony / Marathon was a perfect centralized location. The house had all the amenities we needed and a perfect location on the water with a pool. Also, Plenty of room in the house. Would stay again!!

We went to Florida for a family get together and vacation The home was very nice and well stocked My only complaint is that I paid extra for the pool to be heated and it really was not very warm most days Otherwise everything was great It could use some more coffee cups 😊

Wife and family was able to fish from the dock when not on a charter! Beautiful home

Love the backyard! The pool and hot tub are amazing! Loved the dock! We rented a pontoon boat for three days to fish and being able to tie up the boat and come and go from the house was wonderful!

This home was really perfect for a large family, or in our case four couples. Management was quick to respond with needs when first arrived and was accommodating. Location was great for the keys, essentially at the half- way point. Property is situated in a nice private community. It is a very quiet location and the property has a nice pool that we all enjoyed everyday, which overlooks the canal, view of the ocean, and was great viewing the boat traffic in and out. The pool did need maintenance prior to arrival and especially toward the end of our stay, which management said they would address. If going back to the keys, we would rent this property again.

Located off of Marathon Key is the perfect location to see all of the keys. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The house was roomy and the view was spectacular. Loved having a private pool to cool off in too. There were minor things that could use improvement but overall we were very pleased

Casa de Rosa is a beautiful home in a great location for a family keys trip. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and we had great access to the waterways with our boat. The kitchen is just as lovely as the pictures. A few areas of concern would be the accommodations for a family of 10 staying in a home for 7 nights and not having the regular amount of supplies for the duration of the stay. Trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, plate ware, cups, mugs etc. there were hardly enough to accommodate a couple for more than 2 days. There were a few minor issues with 2 chairs on the pool deck, the grill and the umbrella needing maintenance and it took 4 days to get a hold of someone to address these concerns. The main reason for not giving this location a 5 star and was hard to give it 4 was the ac in the master bedroom. It is set for 78 and is noted in the home to not adjust and it is the hottest room in the house and made it miserable for us to sleep.

House was clean and pleasant. 7 potatoe peelers,but only 3 coffee cups. Pool required a charge to heat! Overall visit was very nice

It took 5 days for the pool to get qarm enough to swim. That part was awful. We missed 5 days in the pool.

9 days over Christmas break. Relaxing but lots to do. Hot tub and pool. Kayak off of back dock. 1 block to park and swinger for kids. 2 blocks to Cabana Vlub for pool and beach. Great island for biking. 1/2 mile to pickleball, booked ball, shuffleboard. Bahia Honda St Park 20 miles a way, great day beach. Highly recommend.

Our family of four stayed with two adult children and two family friends. Plenty of room outside for everyone to have their SPACE. Very happy with this location. Very very happy with the new NEXGRILL griddle outside. We cooked out many nights it was awesome !!!!! Beds a bit dated but still overall a great place. The A//c on master bedroom was amazing !!!! Kitchen was stocked with more than adequate pans and dishes.

I feel I should share these issues for future guests so they are aware of the issues and service they may run into with the Management Company. As a short-term rental manager, myself, I would want to be made aware of any issues with the property and then address the issues immediately; however, Vacasa does not do a good job at accommodating their guests. Upon arrival, we did notice a few things – dead bugs, the sheets on the master bed were worn and stained which made them appear dirty, the shower in the master was disgusting. There was a card from pest control on the counter, most likely they had recently treated the house for bugs. The light and fan in the dining room, kitchen and guest bedroom did not work. Most of the receptacles need to be replaced; we could not plug in any of our chargers because they would fall out. We had to use the receptacles in the kitchen. We had 3 washcloths for 8 people. The first night we did not have water in two of the bathrooms, and after several calls to Vacasa, they said it would be handled the next day, as it was not considered an emergency. For the price we paid for a 10 day stay, everything should be addressed immediately. Beware, you do not reach a local property manager when you call customer service. We spoke to people out of state, and they were not familiar with the property. We spoke to the local property manager twice. She was no help. The water was repaired the day after our arrival. The kitchen light was repaired; however, the dining light, fan and bedroom fan were never repaired, this was not a big issue for us. The next evening, we went to use the hot tub and noticed it was not in working order. So, we were back on the phone with Vacasa, long story short, we made several calls to Vacasa, they are cordial on the phone; however, they do not address the issues. You should not have to be on the phone for four days to try to get things repaired. The local property manager would not call back. The Owner would not allow the repair over the weekend and Monday came around and no one came out to repair. After many calls and frustration, we were told to turn on the heat manually to the hot tub at the breaker and we would have to turn off manually. The heat did work then; however, not the jets. Additionally, we did not have cable and Wi-Fi for 2 days. The property and layout were perfect for us; however, the purpose of vacation is to get away from the stress. This vacation was not stress free.

The house is as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is great. the back area with the pool and dock are very nice. The location has a ton of activities and restaurants within an easy drive. It would have been helpful if there were a little more paper products and cleaning products available. These are small quibbles. This is a nice place and we had a great time there. We had 4 adult couples and the house easily accommodated us.

We all loved this house. Very spacious, great location, had everything you need. we very much enjoyed out stay and would stay here again.

Good: The house is in a great location. The pool is lovely. The home feels open and spacious, the beds we're comfortable. Not So Good: Grout was old and tired in master bath. Shower and sliding door tracks were filthy. The toilet brush in the master bath is disgusting. The kitchen is poorly equipped with old, tired cookware and knives and not enough bowls. Lots of dollar store items. The outdoor grill was not working and nearly ruined a dinner (saved that is to some good cooks!). Cleaning products are in short supply. This is a lovely house. The management really should pay attention to detail to make it a real star. I realize things probably disappear but that's part of the cost of your business! (Speaking as someone who owns a similar business)

There were several good things about the house--a nice new and large kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, good Wi-Fi, plenty of TVs, a nice back patio, clean hot tub, good air conditioning (although a bit loud), ceiling fans (although some were noisy) , nice layout, and good location. However, there were also some maintenance issues: showers with dirty grout, broken BBQ, inadequate instructions for the hot tub and TVs, broken patio umbrella, inadequate kitchen glassware and spoons, and an unheated pool. A little TLC and attention would bump this up a star.
