Beautiful views brought peace to our hearts

This property exceeded every expectation we had. The view alone was absolutely stunning. The accommodations were clean and stocked with everything one could possibly need. The owners anticipated everything one could want for a smooth stay in Kauai! From beach supplies to kitchen needs, everything was at your fingertips. We also loved the tips and suggestions given to us. Sea Lodge beach was a quiet, slice of heaven with good snorkeling! We ate at several restaurants that were suggested and went to a farmers market to enjoy the local produce. I would recommend this property to everyone I know traveling to Kauai!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The pictures of the views from this property don't do it justice. It is an amazing location overlooking the ocean with a mountain view out of the other side of the house. We were able to see bright stars at night because the area is not very populated. It was a lovely home and comfortable bed and I would definitely recommend it! The owner was easy to communicate with as well.

The pics of this condo do not do it justice. It is most beautiful, clean, very tastefully decorated, has many amenities, the view is breathtaking and the host went above and beyond to provide suggestions for dining, fun and all the other things!!!! We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

I knew I had chosen the right ocean front condo as soon as we stepped in. The pictures were accurate, but didn’t do the actual views justice. I was traveling with my three sons and mother and she cried when she walked to the views that greeted her. The place was beautifully decorated and Immaculate. We had everything we needed from water play, sun and sand to making our own dinners. We woke up early to enjoy every sunrise on the lanai.
Bill was helpful and attentive during our stay, but the notes and tips left by the guestbook were all we needed to make our way around town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much so we had trouble deciding whether to stay at the condo or venture out and explore the island. We would love to visit again, next time a full week in Princeville, rather than split our visit between the North and South of the island.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning oceanfront condo in Princeville. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean right from our lanai. The sound of the waves gently crashing against the shore was the perfect soundtrack to our relaxing vacation.
The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of Hawaiian elegance. The spacious living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we felt like dining in. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the lanai, watching the sunrise over the water.
The location couldn't have been better. We were close to amazing beaches and trails. In addition to the secret beach just a few minutes hike from the condo, we really enjoyed the beaches nearby at Hanalei, Anini, and Tunnels.
Bill was incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Staying at this oceanfront condo was truly a slice of paradise. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, tranquil escape in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. We can't wait to return!

The pictures posted don’t do this gorgeous oasis justice. Every morning drinking a delicious cup of Kona coffee & watching the marvelous sun rise from this patio was breathtaking. The house was equipped w/all the amenities needed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer- snorkel & beach gear- we were set for our week in paradise. Spacious bedrooms, comfy-firm beds, bathrooms were grand. I can’t say enough about this spectacular home. Owners were super attentive & gracious. Would definitely love to stay here again & highly recommend the Princeville area. Tranquil & never busy. Absolutely loved our stay & can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful, well-maintained condo. Clean, tidy, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen, including ice packs in the freezer (a big help!). Large lanai with a fantastic view. Only suggestion would be a king size bed in the master bedroom. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Truly amazing Princeville property with gorgeous sunrise views. Plenty of supplies and space to make your stay enjoyable. Host has excellent communication and we appreciate them sharing their place with us. It was very easy to unwind and relax, we are looking forward to staying here again.

It’s no wonder this condo has only 5 star reviews! We had the most magical stay here - the views from the lanai are spectacular, the condo is incredibly well-appointed (including all of the beach/snorkel gear you’d want!), and had plenty of room for our family. Bill and Cathy provided so many helpful recommendations for eating, playing, and exploring in their guestbook too - making planning our days on the ground so much easier.
The check-in/out process was seamless, and the location is also perfect for adventuring in all directions. Don’t hesitate to book! We will be doing it again ourselves :)

Bill and Cathy’s home was the perfect stay for my family on Kauai. The vistas from the porch, dining room, and bedrooms were breathtaking. Posted pictures could never do the beauty of this home justice. We enjoyed using the full force of the kitchen, from the outdoor grill to the extensive platterware to the necessary morning cup of coffee. The beach gear provided in the house was fun, easy to use and allowed for us to focus on adventuring. Bill’s instructions were clear and he was always available to assist when we had questions. And the new air conditioning system was a nice touch for warm, still summer nights. From the personalized welcome-sign-pineapple greeting us at the door to the courtesy of their home, Bill and Cathy’s VRBO is a must stay on Kauai.

My family of four was thrilled to enter a beautiful, clean condo in Kauai! We enjoyed a warm welcome (wine, chocolates and a personal greeting) from the owners upon arrival. The place had everything we needed from two bedrooms, to kitchenware, to beach supplies and more! The owner was very responsive and helpful to all questions. My family and I loved our stay! Really incredible. We were welcomed with Chardonnay and chocolates. The unit is complete, has everything for cooking and for the beach. A wonderful balcony! The rooms are very comfortable. But best of all, is the attention that the owner gave us. Thank you so much Bill for giving us this wonderful experience.

The property itself is super clean and beautiful. It's is hard to capture the beauty and calmness of the view in the pictures online. The property is spacious and 1st class, Host provides lots of the items for a day at the beach for both adults and kids. Short drive to lots of restaurants and shops in Hanalie wich are all local/independent. We loved this place and when we make it back to Kauai this will be where we stay

We stay at a lot of VRBO rentals all over the place in Hawaii and this was our 1st time in Kaui...Bill is AMAZING! he is very very reponsive to any questions you may have and let me tell you the only thing more amazing than Bill is his condo! Absolutley PERFECT! this picutres do not do this place the justice is deserves!! our stay was a 15 our of 10! The condo is very clean, and very very spacious! the view are our of this world and so relaxing and peacuful....if you are looking for the poerfect ..and I do mean PERECT condo than look no farther! Bill you are the man! and thank you for the honor of staying at your beuatiful condo! Mahalo.

We had a great experience staying at this condo. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the views are amazing! The balcony faces east, and every morning we were treated to a great sunrise overlooking Anini Beach and the Kilauea Lighthouse. There's also a trail nearby that leads down a hill to an awesome beach.
The wifi was fast and worked great for working remotely. The unit is on the top floor so it can get a bit warm in the afternoon, but plenty of fans are provided. There's also an ample supply of sunscreen and beach toys that was great to have.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Renting this condo was an exceptional experience in every way. The owner (Bill) embodies the “Aloha” spirit and was so welcoming and helpful! The Condo is even better in person than on the VRBO description. The pictures don’t really do it justice. It is a top floor unit in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is a cook’s kitchen and is even stocked with many spices and oils. When we walked in there was a welcome card from the owners and delicious treats. The covered lanai was my favorite part- very comfortable furniture with the best view I have ever seen. Overlooking the ocean with unobstructed views of the north coast facing east. My memories of the beautiful sunrise will stay with me forever. The beds are comfortable, the decor is tropical and tasteful. Our family loved staying here and it was hard to leave. It was perfect, I wish we stayed longer than 5 days. Next time we’ll plan on staying longer. Thank you, Bill for your hospitality and a wonderful vacation at your gorgeous home.!

Extraordinary experience all around! Pictures truly do not do this place justice. It’s actually even a little roomier than I think photos portray. We had three boys 15-21. The owners were very helpful and the place had everything you could need. We will definitely return!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Orchid Point-Ocean View! This beautiful condo provides the perfect home away from home for your vacation in Kauai. The condo is even better than the pictures. The rooms are spacious, light filled and the view from the balcony is stunning. Additionally, the condo is very well stocked. No need to pack (or buy once you arrive) beach towels, sand toys, coolers etc. because the condo already has everything you will need.
Bill is an excellent host. He provides detailed information regarding check in/out as well as a very helpful guide on recommended restaurants and activities in the area. He is also quick to respond to any questions you have during your stay.
If you are debating where to stay in Kauai look no further. You have found the perfect location. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo for a wonderful week!

We had a great family vacation staying at Orchid Point - Ocean View.
Bill is a great host - helpful with the booking process, tons of detailed information provided after booking, comprehensive check in instructions, and great communication during the stay.
Princeville is beautiful and composed mostly of relatively homogeneous structures. Orchid Point totally stands out (in a good way!!). It's beautifully built and situated. The ceilings are high, there's a ton of space, and the view is amazing.
The condo is literally stocked with everything you would need aside from your own belongings. The kitchen has every type of utensil or cooking tool you might need - even a super sharp pizza wheel. Numerous snorkel sets with masks and find, beach chairs, beach wagon, and on and on.
If you're looking for a place to stay on Kauai - book this immediately!

The was a beautiful condo with a stunning view. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking including a few pantry items such as spices and condiments in the fridge. We appreciated the provided coolers and ice so we could keep food cold as we traveled to other parts of the island during the day. The host provided directions to a beach within walking distance where we saw a seal on one of our visits! The host was fantastic and provided recommendations as requested and was quick to respond to questions before and during our visit. This is definitely a property I will return to in future visits to Princeville.
