This property was perfect for my family of 6 adults and one dog for the Christmas holiday! Located a few miles from the Cathedral pines hiking trails and down the road from a general store, the location of this property had everything we needed! The property itself was cute and had everything we needed and provided everyone with their own private space. Would certainly stay again!

We had a great time in Eustis! This house was perfectly located as a base for our hiking vacation. And WiFi permitted me to meet my virtual work responsibilities.The surrounding area is beautiful! Steve was available and helpful. Best of all, dog friendly! Hope to come back.

We had a great stay! The property was beautiful with plenty of places to wander. The restaurant next door was super convenient and house had everything we needed!

This is a really nice location. House is very clean and the host was very friendly and very responsive to questions. The village setting was very nice. There is a restaurant right next door but they are very respectful neighbors. Noise was not an issue (and their food was pretty good). House had a great kitchen. We toured a house across the street, that was owned by the same person, that can accommodate more people that house looked great as well. ATV trails from the house, it was a little too cold to swim.

What a fantastic place. We needed an extra house for family to stay as some were at the nearby campground and others were coming and going through the week. This was so close to the campground. Our host was so amazing and accommodating to anything we needed. The setting was perfect.

The Farmhouse was clean and well-stocked, with plenty of space for 4 couples (and two dogs). We were in Eustis for the Sugarloaf Marathon, and this was a great location to be accessible to the start line in race morning.

The home was exactly as described but with all the little touches that really made our stay great. All the little details from the side tables with the built in charging cables to the coffee, tea, and sugar in the kitchen and the shampoo and soap dispensers in the showers really set this home apart. Even when waking up in the morning, the icy driveway from overnight rain had already been sanded in a perimeter around our cars. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and the bedrooms were perfectly comfortable. Even though it was ~20 minutes from Sugarloaf, it was an easy steaight-shot drive and we would definitely stay here again.

We (5 friends + 1 dog) came up for a ski week in early March, and everyone agreed that this is a great property to stay with a group. There was plenty of room for everyone & a dog too! The house is conveniently located to both Sugarloaf and Saddleback, in a nice quiet spot (aside from the occasional snowmobiler passing by). Steve the host is super quick to respond to any questions, and provides everything you could need. The kitchen has both traditional and keurig style coffee makers. Very comfortable beds. A few thoughtful things we found exceptional- a doggy bag supply and trash can located at the front of the property, and USB plug-ins in every bed nightstand. Having the restaurant next door is an added plus too- where you can hang out and meet the neighbors! For pet owners, the Cathedral pines trails are only 2 miles from the house, when you want to stay local for some longer pup exercise. Definitely recommended.

The farmhouse was exactly as billed but even better. Steven has gone to great lengths to modernize the home while maintaining much of its original character. It was the perfect location for a ski getaway with the Trails End restaurant right next store as well as Fabian's down the road which is a full service grocery store. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!!

A great remote, nordic location and overall really cool farmhouse setup. Lots of room, with some good renovations. Right next to a pub as well! We'll definitely go back when visiting the Sugarloaf area.

Great property that was amazingly well stocked with linens, paper goods and just about everything you could ever need in a kitchen!! Very comfortable and homey!! A little off the beaten track, which we liked, but a great little store is not that far away for groceries. Steve was great when we had a question, too! We will definitely stay here again!

Firstly the house was as advertised and perfect for a ski trip with friends. However, Steve went truly above and beyond helping me out in a sticky situation. Our last night the temperature went down to -15F and I forgot to plug my truck in and the diesel gelled in the fuel filter. Steve went out of his way any contacted a neighbor to help thaw out my truck and work on the fuel filter. When the filter I had was no good Steve took me on a 2 HOUR ROUND TRIP to the closest auto zone open on a Sunday to get me a new filter and get me back on the road. I am beyond grateful Steve put his whole day aside to help me out, you will not be disappointed staying at any of his properties. I definitely will be returning!

We had an amazing time using the house as a home base as we skied at Sugarloaf. The house was clean and very charming with the perfect mix of old farmhouse and new updated appliances (we were all obsessed with the kitchen). Beds were super comfortable too! Thanks for a great stay!

This quaint farmhouse is on a quiet road and has everything you need for a home base. Steve was there to greet us and get us settled in. Our family stayed for five nights on a recent trip to ski at Sugarloaf (about 15 minutes away). The kitchen and baths had been updated and met all of our needs. There were two moderately stocked grocery stores within an easy drive and we were able to cook in each night. Just up the road we discovered an excellent sledding hill as well, so if you go in the winter, don't forget to bring a sled!
