We stayed here for work as a five man crew. The house is spectacular and spotless. We travel for work and it was wonderful to relax for a bit and feel like you are home. We had one of the wives come with 2 small children and they had the best days ever they said:) The owners are top notch as well. Don't miss this place!!!

We stayed here for a youth conference. The house was prefect for our needs. One of our rooms were hotter than the rest of the house, they answered our questions quickly about it to resolve our problem. Great place

This was a beautiful home inside. Very clean and well set up. every appliance TV, couch, sheet and towel you could ask for. We had a wonderful stay for four nights and would go back again. Don’t miss the little brewpub about two blocks away.

We spent a week here with all of our kids and grandkids, 13 of us total ranging from 2 years to teens and adults. If you want a large place with lots of room to just hang and have fun without feeling the need to do other things, then this place is it. My oldest son-in-law said he would definitely come back and he had only been there 3 minutes! While not a traditional residence, and not located in a neighborhood (this place is right on main street, but that's not an issue!) the owners have done a fantastic job turning it into a comfortable and unique place. There are plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. There are so many spaces that you can spread out and let the little ones play on one end while relaxing and watching or playing games on the other. The living room with projector screen and totally awesome vintage sound system was amazing! Everyone spent hours on the arcade and we used the game tables everyday. All the amenities are top notch from the high end TVs to the extra large grill outside and attention to little details in every space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We ate all our meals in the house and it worked great. The grandkids had so much fun zipping around the cavernous hallways on their little scooters and loved the kids corner. And there is a great park right out the back across the street. When we arrived everything was exceptionally clean and felt like we were the first ones to have been in the place. We have stayed in lots of places but never once have we stayed somewhere that had tons of extra towels and things and had toiletries, trash bags, dishwashing products, paper towels, etc that lasted the whole week. Usually all you get is one of each so I have to hand it to the owners, they are doing it right! And dealing with the owners was very easy and pleasant and always quick to respond to any questions. I could go on and on about how great this place is, but if you are looking for a place to just bring a few or a lot of people, the Respsada House will NOT disappoint! Trust me, its huge and its a great value. Whether coming to mountain home to fish, hike, or just stay put you won't find a more unique and fitting place!

there was 10 of us on a motorcycle trip. this place was awesome. we often go on trips to arkansas and we always have a large group and we have stayed in alot of different places but this place is the best we have ever stayed at. The outside area could have a few more seats but that is the only thing I can say is wrong with this place. We wil be coming back to this place for sure.

We’ve stayed here twice now for baseball tournaments, with a mixture of coaches, families with small children and players aged 11-14. The house has everything you need and more. Kitchen has anything you can think of! Each room thoughtfully has additional fans for those who like to sleep with moving air/white noise. The game room was great for keeping boys (big and small) entertained, and there is a fun escape room across the street that they enjoyed. Loved having our own parking lot, too, Owners were friendly and communicative.

Our family stayed at the house during my sons wedding at Norfolk Lake. Plenty of space for everyone! Very clean! Loved the game room and the theater area!! We will be visiting again!!

Great location with ample room for a large crowd! This was a huge hit with our whole group and the hosts were great with communication. We wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay!

This unique place was super clean and fresh; it had plenty of beds and bathrooms - only two showers but it was not a problem at all even for our large group because there was plenty of hot water and there are so many other restrooms! It has a great fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, and games and fun in multiple rooms. Our group of 13 came together from three states with three couples. four single adults, plus three under 19; we all had a blast playing ping-pong, pool, arcade games, board games, big-screen TVs everywhere (although we barely used them because there were so many game options), comfy beds, and plenty of kitchenware and appliances to cook and serve every meal. We appreciated all the adult-sized beds (instead of so many twins like rentals often have.) We also came at Christmas and really appreciated that the place was nicely decorated, with even some Christmas serving platters. This was a special touch. We would definitely rent this space again.

We spent Thanksgiving in Mountain Home with our entire family, all 19 of us!! It was epic and perfect for our crew!! I recommend the property and destination very highly!! We want to go back in the summer for some fishing and outdoor activities!!

I am building a house nearby. I hired a framing crew from down here to work and used this as a place to stay. It was comfortable and the crew loved it.

We enjoyed the space so much. It had everything we needed for our family gathering. Plenty of space for all age groups. We never felt crowded, like so many other houses can. It was very clean and the communication was just perfect. Thank you so much.

Such a great property for a large group! Our very big family fit comfortably and really enjoyed the multiple entertainment areas. Everything was clean and well organized upon our arrival. Plenty of bedding, sheets, towels, kitchen items, etc. The staff was great and very accommodating when we forgot a few personal items. Highly recommend this rental!

It was a gathering of family from four states and two countries, ages ranging from 19-81, and this was really the perfect venue to keep everyone comfortable and engaged. The hosts were extremely responsive for the minor questions we had, and the kitchen was so well-equipped that we barely left the site. We plan to do this again and highly recommend it to others!

Great Place to stay!

First, let me say this place was awesome! Second, let me say it was underutilized for my stay (this place deserves a big group or family). I was in town for 9 days' work and needed a place that was close to my work site, and I didn't want to stay in a motel... I wanted to cook for myself and unwind from work in a private setting. Realizing this booking didn't cost much more than some of the local stays, I booked this property, and I was amazed upon my arrival. Four bedrooms, two full baths, plus three half baths, a fully... and I mean FULLY stocked kitchen, a game room with pool table, ping pong, and entertainment system, plus a Sports Bar room with darts, and to round it off, a HOME THEATER! My arrival was easy and simple, a key left in a box accessed with a special code. The owner checked in with me to make sure everything was acceptable and made sure I had everything I needed. There are QR codes near all things you might use that provide great instructions. Checkout was easy too, strip the bed and leave linens near the washer and dryer. I've stayed in many VRBOs, and I have to say this was the best and most fun I have ever visited! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning when I have the opportunity!

Stayed her for the second time with a group of friends. The place is perfect for a large group. Next time we return to Mountain Home this will be the first place we consider.

We had great stay. It was very well stocked with tons of games/entertainment in the home to keep everyone happy. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Comfortable beds and lots of extra blankets/pillows if needed. The kids corner was great for the toddlers. Highly recommend!

Amazing property with plenty of room for a large group. Comfortable furniture with lots of seating even with our group of around twenty. The location being right in town was perfect for visiting local shops. We didn't need to bring any kitchen pots, pans, baking sheets with a kitchen as well stocked as this one. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Very nice game room, the pool table and ping pong got lots of use. Perfectly decorated for the holidays. We didn't have to put up our Charlie Brown Christmas tree. So great we extended our stay by two days. Would definitely stay here again.

When my husband and his brothers wanted to get their families together, we knew that out crew (6 adults and 8 kids ranging from age 4 to 15) was going to be hard to house, but this property was absolutely fantastic. Plenty of beds for everyone, and multiple “hang-out zones” so that the kids could do their thing while the adults got to visit amongst themselves and everyone was happy, safe, and entertained. The property was very clean and comfortable with REAL beds and furnishings (not lightweight throw-away junk) and the owners thought of everything. From a kid’s nook with toys, books, and coloring to a well-stocked kitchen with all the basics ready to go, to even a high chair and a pack and play, if you need that, a ton of thought and care is evident! It’s also in an excellent location near many stores and restaurants, though we just picked up food and came right back to the property! Communication was great and the owners were very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend hosting your own gathering here, and may very well be back again soon myself!

We had a group of fisherman with 6 fully rigged bass boats and tow vehicles and their was enough parking for 8 more. The inside was better than pictures could tell the story. Lots of room inside with great amenities. I would highly recommend for anyone coming to stay with a group.

This place is spectacular! Even better than the pictures posted online! We came with our motorcycles and stayed for a week. We had a group of 10 of us that stayed in this place and we never had to worry about bumping into one another. The game room was utilized the most as it was our hangout every night. The bar area was also a hit and the game "hookie" in there. The riding was beautiful everywhere we went. We have already talked about returning to this area and will definitely book this house again!

11 adults, 9 kids ranging from 2-17 years old for 6 nights. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their space when they needed it and to be together when they wanted. The kids could play and be kids without interrupting the adults trying to talk and catch up on time away. The owners were amazing and accommodating. They were responsive regarding questions about the home and even local activities. The home was a amazing. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare multiple breakfast, lunch and diners. Everyone was extremely pleased with the home. There were multiple things we could have done at the surrounding lakes and rivers but we were on a budget so being able to stay at the house most of the time and still enjoy activities like pool, ping pong etc. was a huge benefit for us. No “I’m bored” from the kids. I can’t say enough about this property. It was wonderful.
