Had everything you need!

We had such a great stay. Location was fantastic, condo was very clean and well appointed. Shannon was so easy to communicate with, always quick to reply with any questions. Would highly recommend

Nice, clean condo with easy access to Osage Beach. Everything was within a several mile or 15 minute drive. The view from the deck is beautiful, and it looks like the deck has been recently rebuilt/renovated. Accurate description in listing however there are things to know before you go: 1. This condo is not a place for those with limited mobility. It is located on top floor, up two flights of stairs from parking. Also, the pools are not easily accessible. To get to the one on the lake, you have to go down a flight of stairs (3 flights of stairs if you count the two that take you to parking lot). Neither pool has designated parking that makes it easier to access, so it’s a walk across a long parking lot to get to either one. 2. Insulation between floors must be limited, because the neighbor underneath thought we were running/jumping when in fact it was just kids walking, so it may not be a good place for you if you have heavy walkers or rambunctious kids. 3. Bring your own trash bags; we only had 2 for a 5-day stay. The listing does mention up to 5 trash bags provided as a starter. Rules mention that all trash has to be removed. Take this literally. I was charged an additional fee of $15 for trash removal for a small amount of trash left behind. 4. While there is ample sleeping space, seating in living area is limited, so if you have a big group, you may benefit from bringing lawn chairs or folding chairs. 5. Beach area is a bit rocky, so don’t book this based on beach access alone. You may be disappointed. All in all a great place to stay.

Too many steps for 70 yr. old. Pool inconvenient. Beach too far away. Air conditioner couldn't keep up.

We were extremely happy with the accommodations! Beautiful condo, nicely decorated and great view. Very well stocked kitchen. The kids loved the games provided. Plenty of space and very clean. We’d definitely come back!

Fun times

Despite the stair climb to get to the condo, it was great even with a big group. The condo was vandalized before we got there, but the hostess was awesome and took care of the problems. We had a great stay and would come back again.

Not much furniture in living area and the furniture that was there was broken and very very used. Dryer took forever to dry things. Patio was very old and dirty. Patio furniture not user friendly either. Three flights of steps needed to get into condo. This was not disclosed when renting Kitchen was nice and view was good.

We had a great time, wish there were less steps, but great exercise and the main floor bathroom tub faucet is actually on backwards hard to control, but we managed. Would visit again. Shannon was great with communication.

Our stay was amazing!! Place was very clean and exactly how it was explained on site. Everything you need for a week stay! Just a little advice of you are being your own boat: you can not park trailer at property! The Glaize Marina at the State park is the place to dock $5.00 and you can leave your trailer for $5.00 a day!! Our stay was awesome and great view of the water!!

Great space for a family getaway. Lots of room for the whole family. The updates to the kitchen appliances were a nice touch. The living room had huge windows displaying an awesome view of the lake. Several restaurants in close proximity made it nice with having a bigger group. Shannon was very easy to reach to answer any questions we had prior to coming. We will be back to rent again!
