Location was excellent. Walking distance to the grocery store and close to Bryce Canyon. Very spacious and roomy for our family. It was a hit with everyone. We liked the garage parking. We would definitely come again.

Hot water never got hot. It was very warm, which worked for the showers, but hot water ran out quickly. One tub was slow draining. Both of these are fixable. These are the only complaints, everything else was incredible.

Incredibly large. Can sleep 10 if needed. Kitchen met needs as did washer and dryer

Very unkept not a good feeling of cleanliness

Large house with lots of seating and large kitchen. It was close to center of town and check in place to return keys. Could walk to a few restaurants. Flameless candle with remotes were a nice touch. Internet was strong.

Yard was a complete disaster. Back yard had not been mowed in a long time and no real place to sit outside. Looked like they had just renovated it and wasn't well stocked in kitchen with utensils. Laundry detergent bottle was present but less then one load of soap available. Was more house then we probably needed so it was relatively expensive. Very little communication until day of rental so was worried it was legit.

A few minutes from Bryce Canyon NP. Small town of Tropic has several restaurants and small stores.

Backyard could have been better maintained. Grass was overgrown throughout most of the yard.

Lots of space! The kitchen doesn’t have a lot of extras, but the essentials are there.

Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
