This property had the best view I've ever experienced! Checking in was a breeze and the owner would answer any questions I had almost immediately. Great location with so many places nearby including a state park which was lovely. I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed.

Our family had a great stay. We enjoyed the amazing views each morning and the convenience of the beach being right outside! Having the beach chairs was also a nice perk. Check in was very easy and Judy did a great job explaining everything.

We had a tremendous stay here. The check in was fantastic, and stress free. And very accommodating. Everything is right at your fingertips here and within walking distance. The tiki hut is also very good and delivers meals right to the pool. We will be back. And it was age friendly also. We had three girls all under 7 and they had a blast.

The room was great. I could not ask for more. It was nicely appointed, clean and had a great view. The property manager was on top of her game and happy to make recommendations for anything you need. The only downside was the location above the Tiki Bar. It's loud on Saturday nights which is not the best if you are a light sleeper.

We had a great stay. The Condo is as described. The property is dated and needs some work. The Tiki bar is wonderful during the day but kept me awake at 2 AM.

Had a great time! Amazing condo!
Our family of 5 (kids age 16,13 & 9) had an amazing time. Beautiful condo everything seems brand new! Views are absolutely stunning! Main property could use some upgrades and tiki bar was always very busy and decently loud but it didn’t bother us. Pool was great temperature. Shelley the property manager was amazing and so helpful!! We can’t wait to go back.

We were very impressed with this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very roomy. The views from all rooms were mesmerizing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the property manager was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The location was great, too. We highly recommend it!

Great beachfront condo
Unit was modern and updated with nice decor in a good location right on the beach. The windows were to die for, such great views! We had a great 9 days here it was myself my husband our 16 year olds daughter and her best friend.

Love this condo. Have been coming to the resort for 7 straight years a few times a year to escape the northern weather. One of the best units in the building. Very clean, modern and amazing views.

The condo was as pictured, but much more than expected. I’m a tv junkie, so I was so happy that I was able to watch Investigation ID coming in after the beach or pool. One issue was the master room didn’t get as cold as the rest of the condo, the air quality and ventilation isn’t great at all in that room. Also, the marijuana use from the other hotel quests were a bit much.. a mean a lot in The halls and sometimes the smell got so bad it was like we were smoking where we were. Though, this is minor unless you can’t deal with the smell. It did give me a headache after a while.. Overall, we had a great time and my kids didn’t want to go home.

Family Vacation
This property was amazing. Very large, lots of room for my family of 7, 5 of which are young adults. Everything in the condo was updated and the views are to die for. The owner and property manager Shelley was awesome to work with and Shelley helped us with so many thing and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Chad for our stay at your beautiful condo.

Everything you need in one spot! Music, food, beach, and fun!!

This Condo delivers in spades
Sometimes the pictures on these listings are deceiving or employing creative angles. With this rental, the pictures might not even do it justice!!! We walked in and were amazed to be surprised in a positive way. The view. Oh my goodness. The view. My husband and I brought our 4 teens for a beach get away and there was plenty of room in the 2nd bedroom and the pull out sofa that everyone was happy. We made great use of the full kitchen and both bathrooms were clean and spacious. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus as well with so many people. I can't think of one disappointment we had with the rental or the location. The Tiki Hut is right under the master, but the noise was not an issue to us, and I am a light sleeper. Every activity that we planned was within a few miles and easy to navigate. The building is valet only, and we paid for the whole stay in advance. After we realized how busy it stays we made sure to leave a few minutes earlier so that we'd get the car in time. The property manager was incredibly sweet and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a ton of suggestions for great activities near there.

Gorgeous Modern Corner Condo with Amazing Ocean Front Views
Everything inside the unit is new, modern and clean. Amazing location and views in every room. Shelley is the owner's onsite property manager and made our stay amazing. She worked with us to store our luggage and went above and beyond and greeted us upon arrival. She always responded right away down to restaurant recommendations and local tour vendors to check out or avoid. This was our first time to the FLL area and we will definitely be back. If you book this unit know that the actual building is very dated. None of that matters once you are inside the unit or out on the beach. My only suggestion for Chad would be to add roll down black out shades for the main living area. We had teens in our group that had a sleepover every night but would crawl into our bedrooms when the sun came up early. Also, was shocked and happy to find all the extra beach toys, umbrellas and lounge chairs to avoid the $10/each rental. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Unit / Bad Building - Still had a great stay
The unit is GORGEOUS, very clean and updated. Comfortable living area and beds, ample kitchen items to cook full meals, fold out couch was very comfy (according to my 11yo). Great location, car valet service was quick and convenient.
The property manager, Shelly, was the best we have ever worked with. Great communication and information about the property and the area.
Before renting, I would recommend reading reviews on the property itself on TripAdvisor to ensure Ocean Manor fits the purpose of your stay and those that you bring with you. The common areas of the property were the only reasons I didn't give this trip 5 stars. Having said that, we had a great time.

Lovely property - amazing views - modern and clean!
Shelley was awesome! The apartment is a great size, the views are wonderful. We were down there during the Air Show so got to see it all for free while we enjoyed the beach and also from the balcony of the apartment with a cocktail in hand. Really helpful there is a supermarket so close by for those eat n meals and snacks but also plenty of restaurants walking distance or a short UBER away. Would come again! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your property!

This is my 16th stay at this property ans I can say this is a great unit. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and described to a T. Was well equipped with everything we needed. We love the side view Balcony’s the best! Don’t hesitate to book it!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was just as listed, clearly recently remodeled and beautiful. Check in process with Shelly was efficient and friendly. All paper products were included, even laundry detergent! Beach chairs/lounge chairs and beach towels were appreciated! Thank you for a nice get away!

Beautiful Condo
This condo is beautiful! Great views, very clean and modern. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and the grocery store. The only downside was the tiki bars loud music until 2am and then you heard every person come in that was staying near the unit-Sounded like they were in your room. In the description it says there was a washer and dryer in the unit-we planned on that when we were packing-but then we were pretty disappointed when we were told there was only one down in the basement for us to use. At the end of our stay we noticed there was a washer/dryer in a locked door, but it wasn’t hooked up. The building itself needs an update, but once you entered the condo you felt like you were in a different place. Again, beautiful condo, just loud between 10pm-2am for a family.

This condo was AMAZING!!!
I am already looking to book this condo in the fall. With the floor to ceiling windows this property couldn’t get any better. It was definitely a plus having Shellie as our go to person during our stay. She even went beyond her job and picked up a car seat for me. Can’t wait to stay again.

Will stay again
The property manager was incredibly helpful and accessible. The place was clean and fully stocked with beach equipment. The beach was a great family friendly beach and the pool was perfect to have on site. Would stay here again.
