The house is on a quiet street, very close to the beach. Nice outdoor shower, interior was just right for our family, enough comfortable couches and chairs. Convenient to a surprisingly affordable super market. The washer and dryer sure came in handy! :-) the host was very good with communication and made sure we were good to go with all needed things. Overall we were very pleased with our first VRBO experience.

We just wanted to get away from Indiana for fall break. My son took two friends, and the SeaGoal was perfect for us. It was clean, and everything that the listing said. We had a great time, and Hattaras is a tranquil place this time of year. The surge shack had all the toys the boys needed, which saved us from hauling some stuff. Some construction was nearby, but we were at the beach most of the day anyway! Dean is a most attentive host and gave good suggestions as well. We always love the OBX, and this was no exception.

We had a lovely week in this great property that was close to everything but secluded. The owner was wonderful to work with and was very accommodating! I would highly recommend this house and the owner and look forward to going back there next year!

The house was very easy to get to/check into , this was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! I had my two kids who are 2 and 4 and everything was safe , decks have gates , beautiful view and easy walk to beach ! Just an amazing stay overall !

This house was so comfortable! Walk to the beach, take a nap, walk back to the beach! The beach was so close, that you weren’t stuck there for the day! Lots of great restaurants, excursions and stores. Lots to do, but not commercial at all!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Property was consistent with the advertisement. A fabulous wrap around deck for reading or looking at the stars. Comfortable kitchen and living room/TV area. Bathrooms were clean and functional. The private beach was close and beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The hairdryer in the master BR does not work. And a couple of pans in the kitchen need to be replaced (frying pan warped and teflon falling off). Property really designed for family with young children rather than two adult couples and you may want to highlight that in your advertising. All and all, it was great trip and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, great house for family, very clean, had all the amenities needed, and the owner was very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be back!

This wonderful place is even better than it looks. The communal areas are so comfy and the views are special. We adored our stay and Dean was so chill and kind. We especially loved the Lopez museum-quality lightening bolt board (as a museum piece, not to touch). Would highly recommend and hope to return someday. Thank you, Dean!

The most relaxing time we have ever had.

This was a great location for the beach, lighthouse tours, seafood restaurants, ice cream and gift shops. The house was great! Plenty of room and a nice deck to sit out on at night or during the day for sunbathing!

A really nice, well-appointed, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Dean was exceptional in his communication and helpfulness. Close to everything, especially the beach... highly recommend as it lived up to expectations. Would definitely like to stay here again!

We stayed at the property for about 5 days in early April. We found it comfortable and adequate in all aspects. The uppermost level is literally sun drenched and the wrap around deck offers views of the ocean. As a family of 4, we were primarily looking to escape the busyness of city life and that is easy to achieve in Frisco, NC. We would love to stay here again. Dean was super responsive with any questions we had.

The house and owner were exceptional. It was a little early in the season so many things were still shut down for the winter and the weather was cool but sunny. Hardly anyone on the beach the entire trip. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time here in late October. The house is well-maintained, and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the amazing views and breezes from the wrap around deck. It is a perfect place to get away, enjoy nature, and all the rest Hatteras Island has to offer.

Really great house, location and amenities! Kitchen really has everything needed from a regular coffee maker to a Keurig. Plenty of pots, pans, silverware and even had a crock pot and a large steamer pan!

The cottage is well maintained and clean. All the rooms were very comfortably furnished. Just a short walk to the beach. Had a wonderful time!

This listing is completely accurate of the property. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. I don’t think I can say enough nice things about this place. We had zero issues and if we ever want to visit Hatteras again, this is the place we will book. Our many thanks for allowing us to vacation here.

This was our first time in the outer banks, we enjoyed every minute. Dean was very responsive when I had a question or concerns regarding anything you could need. He also suggested a few restaurants that were amazing. Just everything we hoped and wanted from the time the experience went above and beyond. The house is on a quiet street with beach access at the end. Very clean and comfortable - we especially enjoyed eating dinner on the deck where there is a partial ocean view. Dean was great to communicate with and a lovely host!

Thank you, Dean! We had a wonderful time. We spent our days between the beach right at the end of the street that the house is on and paddleboarding on the sound just across the main road. Both were so close and absolutely delightful—truly a private beach, which makes all the difference! The house was clean, roomy, and so pretty inside and out. We spent lots of time out on the decks watching sunsets and relaxing late into the evenings. The (bigger than usual) warm water outdoor shower was a blessing! Beds, couches, chairs and even the deck furniture was sturdy, very comfortable and in great shape. Dean responded immediately to a few simple requests we had and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We were so grateful that this location worked out perfectly for our group—from teens up to 80 year olds and everything in between. We loved it!

We had a perfect stay at this amazing home. Just a short walk down the end of the cup-de-sac to the beach, which had only a few other families. The home was perfect and had everything we needed. Easy instructions, easy to work with. We hope to be back soon.

We had a great time and had a good place for our family. The area was quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. We had plenty of kitchen utilities.

We could not of asked for a better vacation. The property was exactly as listed and the town of Frisco is amazing. I look forward to visiting Outer Banks and all it has to offer again.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The location of the house was perfect for fun in the sun and surf. The house was super clean had a great wrap around deck. The kids had their own bedroom, enjoyed indoor games, boogie boards, beach toys etc. The outside shower was perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Overall we give this rental 5 stars.

My family rarely stay in the same rental but we have stayed at SeaGoal two years in a row. We were met each time with a delightfully decorated well maintained home. We love this particular property because it truly has everything you need to check in and immediately start relaxing. Location places you on a private road that leads to a secluded beach to spend a wonderful day with your family. Location has you surprisingly close to everything you need. Despite being on the more remote end of the island we were 5-10 minutes from excellent food and shops. Go carts, Pizza, ice cream shops, seafood shops, hiking trails and choices in dining are all near by. We ride bikes to the local market, tackle shop and tasty sandwich shop 3 min away. I really recommend driving south to the Scratchmade Snackery for tasty treats. The home is designed well with convenience and comfort in mind. It's obvious SeaGoal was set up by someone who spent a life at the beach. Literally everything we need to enjoy vacation. We spend much of our time on the deck that surrounds the home, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook, The living room area is flooded with natural light which can be adjusted to your liking with the blinds and curtains. Needless to say we are quite comfortable here. Dean our host has always provided prompt assistance and useful tips and suggestions. Bottomline, we can't say enough about this unique home. Seagoal will be our only lodging for the Outer Banks region.
