great stay. please clean the couch and buy fans for the place due to no air conditioning. more trash bags needed.

We were very disappointed by the following: The lawn, particularly in the backyard, was way overgrown, and probably hadn’t been mowed for a month or all summer. After being assured that the lawn would be mowed, it was never done. The carpet in the living room is disgusting with multiple spots and stains….needs professional cleaning. Deck needed sweeping. Lots of debris. The tile floor in the shower had visible mold around the base. The carbon monoxide alarm went off in the middle of the night. We disconnected it. Batteries should be replaced regular basis once a year. The kitchen facilities were great but was overshadowed unfortunately by the delayed maintenance everywhere else.

The property was as advertised with a well-equipped kitchen and all the amenities we needed. What really sets this place apart though is the location. Quick access to the beach via a foot path and a short walk to the main area of town with shops and restaurants though far enough away from the boardwalk that it was quiet in the evenings. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the location, and so very close to beach access. However, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we first arrived, I went to empty the dishwasher. The dishes in it were wet and dirty. I ran it again - High temp and heat dry. Same results. I looked inside - the drain filter was packed with food and mildew or mold was growing on the side. What a ghastly breeding ground for germs and bacteria. I decided I would hand wash all dishes that we used with hot water. This was a good choice, because as I pulled dishes out of the cupboard they were (no surprise here ) DIRTY! The cutting boards were covered with crumbs. The back bathroom had mildew growing on the bottom. Baseboards overall were in need of cleaning. When I went to find an outlet to plug in my phone in the bedroom behind the bed - it was grossly thick with dirt and God only knows what else. Supplies were extremely chintzy; 2 little cakes of dishwasher soap for a week long stay (although I handwashed all of our dishes), barely enough TP and paper towels to get through the week. Three companies are involved somehow with this rental. The "Host" fees were nearly one third of the cost. We paid a lot for a dirty stay - should have gone camping.

The property had the room and location perfect for our vacation.

It was what we were hoping for and expected. Clean, close to the beach, private, quiet neighborhood. Enough space for the entire family of 5 plus our dog!

I would rent this place again for the location alone. Just steps to the most magnificent beach. The house is great for adults - it’s old but kind of feels like you are going to your grandmas house for the weekend. We had a great stay!

Loved the locations cute house, bigger than expected! Needs a bigger bed in the main room looked like two singles we had to push them together to make a big bed

Very open and cleanly space that’s a really quick walk to the ocean. We enjoyed how close the house was to all of the shops.

Perfect location and home setup for a stay in seaside . The NES gaming system was a huge hit. It’s pet friendly which is awesome, and definitely smells like it but that comes with the territory some times . Will definitely book again

Property was easy to find, very clean and well appointed. We had 5 adults in their seventies and our 3 year old Brittany doggie. The house was one level and the rooms were great. An added bonus was the backyard and the very large patio. We will try to get it next year if we can make another trip. Thank you very much

We enjoyed the location and convenience of the house. The only problem we had was that when we arrived the cleaning lady was still there. We had young children with us and were in need of getting into the house and settling in for our stay. Having to kill time for two hours after a drive of several hours didn't set well for any of us!

Loved this place. Close to the beach and short walk to town. The pup and I had a great time and will consider this place when going back!

This spacious beach cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with very close proximity to the beach and promenade. It features a large kitchen / eating area and family room. Our party consisted of 4 adults and we all had comfortable spots to sit in the family room. That's not the case in all rentals. We would definitely consider renting this cottage again.

Cozy and nice. But, not clean. Blinds really dirty and behind the refrigerator. Lawn in backyard really long needed mowing.

So close to the ocean! Really big house… plenty of room for the 4 of us. Clean, fun & a perfect for a little getaway on the coast.

Great location close to beach and in a quiet neighborhood in Seaside. Right next to the Prom boardwalk. Bed are a little uncomfortable but the home was clean and had lots of nice amenities.

Less than a mile north of the shopping area, but a minute or two walk to the beach! It was cleanl, comfortable and dog friendly! Nice neighborhood. I called the main number to say our garbage was full and she was excellent! Had someone out right away to pick it up! I highly recommend this affordable, cute place!

We love the beach was walking distance. Down town was 5 minute drive away. Shops everywhere. Great sea food. 20 min away from Astoria & can’t forget brewery’s lol. Definitely would rent this house again. But one thing to add would be maybe a grill out back so people can enjoy that beautiful out door patio the owners have & a nice big fire place too for a late night gathering with friends & family who tag along. Both trash cans were full when we got there so we had no where to put our trash so we had to take some trash with us a find a trash container to throw it in. Only bad thing
