Good stay for a group of people
The apartment is really big, plenty of space, it was fairly clean. The location is great, close to the station, the city centre and well connected to the airport. The view from the balcony is really impressive. It has all facilities needed, large TV, a collection of movies, and there are utensils in case people want to cook. There are 3 toilets in the house, including 2 showers (actually one of them is a bath), but one of the WC was broken and couldn't be used. It's a great option if you are travelling as a group of friends.
The stay was fine in general. One of the toilets was broken and there was some rust in one of the showers. They were a bit stingy with the shower gel/shampoo, leaving 4 small envelopes for 4 people for a stay of few days, so make sure to bring your own. The main unpleasant thing was that one of my friends forgot her jacket in the flat at checkout and even if we got in touch with the staff later in the day (and repeatedly since) they always said they haven't heard back from their cleaning team about it (which is ridiculous because it's been few weeks already and we've probably been in touch like 5 times since), despite offering to help to start with.

Luxemburgo de mi ♥️. El mejor depa en Luxemburgo!
El alojamiento tiene una vista EXCEPCIONAL!, es cómodo, amplio y cuenta con todo lo necesario, incluso una elíptica para hacer ejercicio mientras admiras la gran catedral!. A pesar de no tener un Wc en servicio, el otro funciona muy bien, al igual que la regadera. Tal vez pueda ayudar a otros viajeros una pequeña instrucción sobre le funcionamiento de las regaderas Hans Groe (son de muy alta calidad), pero no toda la gente conoce cómo se operan. Vale muchísimof la pena, su ubicación es insuperable, cerca de todo lo que se requiere visitar y también a muy poca distancia de la estación de trenes. La ropa de cama y toallas de gran calidad, especialmente se aprecia el algodón de las toallas. Dejaron cápsulas para café, cápsulas de jabón para la lava trastes y sobres para el shampoo. Cuentan con secadora de cabello, lámparas de lectura y TV por si quisieras escuchar noticias o cualquier otra cosa.
Que un WC año funcionaba, al parecer y por lo leído en otros comentarios, seguramente ya lleva tiempo fuera de servicio. Se agradecería un trapo en la cocina para secar platos, otro para limpiar la cocina, uno en el baño para secar las llaves de regadera. Es una lástima que en el mantenimiento no estén cuidando las regaderas, se manchan con el agua y no se pueden secar. Creo que se sale un poco el agua de la regadera, pero dejan un tapete fuera que resuelve este problema. Definitivamente es un GRAN sitio para pasar una vacación. Me hubiera encantado permanecer ahí más tiempo.

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen.
Prima apartement. We hebben de keuken niet gebruikt. Alles was wel aanwezig.
Gebouw heeft achterstallig onderhoud. Liften werken niet goed. Maar 3e verdieping was prima te lopen. Drugsdealer en klant in portaal bij de ingang toen wij in de avond terugkwamen.

Superb apartment with "best city view" in Luxembourg but PLEASE REPAIR THE BROKEN TOILET!
The apartment is bright and spacious and generally well equipped. It is in a superb location just across a bridge from the old town and definitely has one of the "best city views" in Luxembourg. It is only a few minutes walk from the No 29 bus stop to/from the airport and just a few minutes from the tram and central station. There are also ample shops, bars and restaurants in the locality. Accessing the key was not a problem and the managing agent Arca Properties were extremely helpful when we managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment not long after arrival! There is an evident amount of traffic noise and sirens from the street below and from planes departing on the flight path from Luxembourg airport (although they stop between midnight and 6am) but if you are going to stay in the middle of a busy city then you must expect some noise. For us the apartment and its location and views far outweighed any negatives of the noise.
Not enough pillows and hand towels. There was one small pillow per person not much bigger than a cushion, we had to roll up extra duvets and use them to bolster up the pillows. Only 2 hand towels were provided. With 4 occupants staying in the apartment surely it should be possible to provide a hand towel for each guest. The greatest dislike was the broken toilet in the main bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious with two wash hand basins and a bath with hand held shower, however the WC was unusable and taped up, I don't know if it was blocked (and I didn't dare to investigate) but it certainly stank and from time to time the foul odour emanated out into the living area! The alternative was to use the separate WC which opens directly off the living area. This was not ideal and in addition it appeared that the extract ventilation in this toilet was also out of order. Having looked back over previous reviews it appears that the toilet in the main bathroom was out of order as far back as July 2023. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR A BROKEN TOILET IN LUXEMBOURG! There was little point in reporting the problem to Arca during our stay as, given that it appears to have been out of order for many months it seemed unlikely that the toilet would get repaired during the four days of our stay. Arca Properties must have known that the toilet was broken and unusable and should therefore make it clear at the time of booking or prior to guests arrival that all the facilities will not be available and this should be reflected in the rental charged for the apartment.

Fabulous location.
The video provided a clear outline on hoe to access the keys from the lockbox. Having two bathrooms was brilliant. Very spacious unit with great kitchen facilities. Coffee machine a bonus. Location was superb- close to Luxembourg and train station.

Great Spot to Stay in Luxembourg
Overall it's worth the value. The apartment is in a great location close to the city center, there are a few parking spots and places around it. It was very clean and comfortable. It's very spacious and enough for at least a group of 4. The managing team are very helpful, easy reachable, and responsive.
