Great location, parking, pool, spacious apartment with full equipped kitchen

Exceptionally clean and well maintained smaller property thanks to Monica and her partners. Appreciated the outdoor kitchen with free coffee and well maintained BBQ. Very close proximity to Super Foods store and fish store, a real bonus. Kitchen had basic supplies. Excellent value for money. Short walk to beach. Car not necessary.

On arrival, though the keys were there as promised a sheet of paper outlining the following would have been helpful: wifi password in public space, BBQ use, free coffee, location of beach chairs. Thank goodness other tenants were so welcoming. The pictures need to show the entrance to the specific unit as it was a surprise we did not have a nice seating area right at our unit.

El departamento era práctico y cómodo. La cocina contaba con todos sus utensilios. En el área de la piscina siempre había café y té para todos y tenían parrilla en caso de querer hacer un asado. Cuenta con estacionamientos en la parte externa si se alquilan autos, lo cual recomiendo para recorrer la isla. SuperFoods está muy cerca al igual que otros minimercados. Eagle beach también está cerca tanto a pie como en auto, pero si no les gusta caminar mucho, pues el auto o el bus es la opción.

Sugeriría revisar el tema de la electricidad, hubo dos cortes de luz en nuestra estancia y al regresar algunos equipos (abanicos, por ejemplo) no funcionaban. De igual forma fue solucionado al reportarlo.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una gran estancia,la cocina tiene buenos elementos, la piscina esta en buenas condiciones, me voy muy contenta con este lugar. El personal que atiende es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. Esta a 10min caminando el mar y hay varias tiendas cercanas en donde puedes comprar comida.

Location is ok, within walking distance from a large food supermarket and relatively close to Eagle Beach. Appartment size is ok and there is free parking, right next to the appartments.

Our apartment (nr.5) had a lot of defects and issues: upon arrival there were little plastic papers in the toilet, some ants crawling in the bathroom and living room, the door lock was not functioning well, the kitchen suction hood was not working and there was no toilet paper. We mentioned all these defects and most of them got solved the same day. Also, there is no daily cleaning (every 3 days) and the matress is quite hard. The shower is not closed, only has a curtain to seperate it from the rest of the bathroom. Hot in the rooms, due to the location of the apartment, although there was airconditioning. Bad view from the terrace, overlooking the neighbour junk yard. Months prior to our stay, my credit card got charged already for the full amount, not in line with the conditions in my booking confirmation.

Water was all over bedroom from shower and I asked cleaner to help us and she just gave me two towels and a mop. Apparently she told one of my friend that she’s off at that moment. Anyway, They won’t be enough to clean up and I had to text office abt that. They say will send someone up and she came immediately and use right kind to clean water out.

The Villa was spacious and right by the pool. We loved the grill, outdoor TV, and eating area. The staff were super nice and helpful. Very close to superfood and beaches, we had rented a car and recommend this if you want to explore the island.

The property is close to the supermarkets and generally in a convenient location, short drive to beach and other places. Check in was very easy and overall the hosts were friendly. The bed was very comfy.

-There was no cleaning done during out 5 day stay. Upon our arrival in the evening, the toilet had urine and rubbish bin full from previous guests. Since we needed to use toilet of course we have flushed and cleaned up a little. We wrote about the problem, staff came next morning. Cleaning lady poured chemicals into the toilet, took away rubbish and took photos. This took her 5 minutes. We asked if the cleaning is done during stay and we were told that its usually done every three days. We were ok with it. However not even once did the cleaning staff come to clean or take away rubbish or even simply change towels. This was not OKAY and made us disappointed with our stay at the property. -The kitchen is very inconvenient to use. -The light in the hallway between toilet/shower/bedroom is constantly on and impossible to switch off for the day or night. -Our studio on the ground floor overlooked the bar and some random guests went there (as there was never staff member present) to put the speakers on and we were forced to listen to someone else's loud music by the pool. The staff needs to keep in mind that not all guests want this, most people are resting during the day and generally this is not a good practice and not respectful towards all guests staying.

we arrived at 2:30 and found key...no staff was present. two of us took showers in master bath My granddaughter went to shower in 2nd bath but shower was broken and toilet would not flush. hundreds of pharaoh ants crawling on wall behind bed and on headboard. so we deposited key in dropbox and left to stay in hotel at airport. very disappointed. sign stated hours of desk staff but noone was there or showed up
