It is located within walking distance to several good restaurants and a great dog park. The grounds are nice. We didn’t visit any of the onsite restaurants so I can’t speak to them.

The air conditioning was not working in our room 811. We requested assistance twice and were told someone was on the way but no one ever showed. There are no windows to open so no air movement whatsoever. Neither my daughter nor I slept because it was 80 degrees in our room. Per the gentleman at the front desk, they were having a problem and had notified engineering but nothing was done. He said he would see what he could do for me so we’ll see. Not happy at all.

Staff unhelpful and generally disinterested

They are ALWAYS professional and friendly and. go out of the way to be sure we have everything we need - in this case Brandon brought me an Nespresso machine for after dinner coffee so we didn't have to go back out in the pouring rain.

Having to check out for an early am meeting - was sleeping good. Have stayed here several times and have always been pleased, found something new I liked, and have not once been disappointed. That says a lot!

Not much - an awful experience

We stayed here and is was -9 Celsius outside, 7 or 8 guests were without heating and had to be reallocated rooms. My colleagues room was trashed on arrival with the mattress having been flipped and empty bottles all over the room. the toilet in my room did not work and there was no real hot water, only tepid. The bathroom window had a continuous draft coming in which made the room very cold. I am not someone who writes review but i would strongly recommend never staying hwre

the room was beautiful. it felt like home instantly.

the elevators cabs do not match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Cleanliness

I stay here for work quite a bit and the staff is always so nice and accommodating. They let me do early check in and also had an option for me to upgrade my room at check in. Always the friendliest and nicest when you walk in the door. My Dogs love this hotel too.
