1. They changed my room 4 times. 2. Rooms are filthy 3. Pests everywhere 4. Smelly 5. The room was freezing and there are no heaters 5. Towels are from Tutankhamun's & Nephretitit's time 6. Rooms are not at all vaacummed and not cleaned 7. There aren't any local spots like restaurants or markets if we want to have a walk

Everything else, specifically about their policies. I traveled around the globe for over 30 years and first time I faced very stranged policies which not even mentioned on their website. They asked at the reception all Arab couple proofs of marriage certificate which do not requested for non-Arab couple.

بعد الفندق عن أي أسواق او سواها الحاجة للدخول الى الكومباوند لأي تكاسي او دليفري طلبت اصلاح بعض الأمور في الغرفة و لم يتم ذلك التدخين في الفندق مسموح به في الأماكن المغلقة

- zelfs al ben je de enige tourist in het hotel, dan nog doen ze geen moeite om van jou een tevreden klant te maken - het hotel is gigantisch groot en onpersoonlijk. Er wordt op geen enkele manier rekening gehouden met sfeer en gezelligheid. - het eten is lekker, maar je moet dit wel doen in een refter met ongezellige verlichting en luide televisies - aan de bar is de helft van de op de kaart vermelde drank niet aanwezig (Coca-Cola zero, Sprite zero fe) - het zwembad is ijskoud

staff were friendly.. room clean.. pool ok

first room was not ready although we reached for check in one hour after time. Westayed almost 40 min. waiting for the room. we payed extra 200 LE service and 35 LE parking. In the room there was tea kattle but strangely one teabag only ?? we asked for slippers four times until we got them. The keys were not working and we had to open the room through master key from cleaning personnel. The worst thing happened was that suddenly someone opened the room door (which was locked) while I was inside naked (changing my clothes) and hardly put a towel on my body. Then they said sorry we opened a wrong room. I tried to get delivery food, but all deliveries not covering the area of the hotel?? the food in hotel was too expensive to buy. We could not stay except few hours then we left because of the bad experience. When i was checking out, no one cared to ask me why am leaving early or if enjoyed my stay

The room service needs improvement in term of providing the toiletries and slippers

Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr.Mahdy in the reception and Mr. Mosaad in the concierge desk

room cleaning is very poor "dust in the furniture", the breakfast with limited variety. they don't allow free checkout. room lights were very low and some doesn't work

Hotel looks beautiful. Only few staff were kind and greeted with gestures. Most are Rude. Pool was okay and requires you to gonto reception to pick cards up for towel. Which can be a little annoying. Breakfast was okay too although its the same almost everyday.

Booked hotel 3 months prior to travelling. Booked a junior suit as it stood out from the rest. Especially the fact it described it has a private spa bath in the room. Which I thought would be lovely for me and my wife to enjoy as it's our 21st wedding anniversary. When we got to the hotel we were given the wrong room. On top when we enquired about the room and spa bath with no bathrobes or slippers etc. The man at the counter didn't know what a spa bath was and said will contact booking. com and get back to us. We waited another day or so . With no response on the third day they said we gave you bigger room. We explained if we wanted big room we could have booked it. We wanted something cosy and the facilities that it had. Man said to can change room or can speak to some one Called Nancy in the morning who might be helpful. So the next morning day 4/6 we headed to see her. All we got from her was you have a bigger room then junior suit . We told her in details and compared both rooms. She went silent and then goes we can have a later check out. No apologies at all on their side. We were left unhappy as this does not make up the 4 days we've already missed and the amounts of chasing around. From bath towels to toilet rolls. You call the service team . They come back 1-3 hours later. Toilet flash didn't work. Balcony door doesn't close properly from the room. We got in contact with booking. com We paid over £850gbp and booking. com came back and said they can give credit of 80usd. So please be careful when you book or go to this hotel.

It’s sooo noisy we couldn’t sleep there were a widding and the women all the moorings shouting Also The restroom and balacony was dirty They force us to pay extra money for my kids just for staying

The breakfast was excellent and the staff is friendly. I like to stay in this hotel.

WATER ISSUE AND AIR CONDITIONING ISSUE in a very hot weather !! No sleeping and water issue !! Really frustrating ,
