This condo has a fantastic location. As the other reviews stated, some of the details are in need of repair and attention, but I would not let that stop you from staying here. We had plenty of room to spread out (3 bedrooms) and were grateful for a second full bathroom. No ice maker, no coffee filters, but overall amazing view of the beach, sunset, and access to the powdery sand just steps away. And being able to cross the street and walk to restaurants and shops makes it totally worth it.

This was my second time at place. Last year nothing but kudos this trip did not live up to expectations. Upon arrival we notice ice maker broken and no ice trays,missing sheets,towels,dish cloths, floor still sandy from other guest,bedroom tv not working Maintenance and houcleaning did come but tv and icemaker could not be fixed.Did not stay in rm 208 last time so maybe that was the problem. Pool and ocean were wonderful.

After reading the reviews I was a little bit concerned but it was much better than expected. Yes there were a couple of things like broken chairs, icemaker not working, not enough furniture or linens for the eight person max - but for the price, we were pretty happy. It was clean and functional, about what you'd expect for a reasonably priced beach rental that isn't cared for with the same detail that a homeowner would treat their condo. Location was good, literally right next to the parking lot for John's pass. There were a ton of teenagers gathering there at sunset but it was actually more entertaining than annoying. Overall a decent stay. Not the best but also not the worst place we've ever rented

Ice maker did not work had to go out multiple times to get ice - no trays abatible either. Additionally the refrigerator leaks so had to clean water leakage periodically. Also was a bit dusty and a couple of the chairs in the dinning room table se broken and one of the chairs in the balcony was torn.

We read the reviews and should have known better, we really thought they would have fixed some of the issues. The only positive is the location, beach place condos. but we won’t stay in 211 again. Still broken chairs, tubs were old and dirty, both showers were broken( I texted owner, no response) but the beach place maintenance was on top of and fixed the following day. They were great. Minimal supplies, hardly any towels. Sliding door is old and isn’t easily opened. The view…great! But we can get that in 20 other units in the complex.

Great location and nice accommodations by the beach.

Location and size were great, but many updates needed and maintenance issues remain unfixed. Missing door handles, broken chairs, uncovered outlet, shower fixtures difficult to open. Counter top broke and was a hazard to work around. Needs minor kitchen things too like hot pads and more towel, dish soap would have been nice too.

The apt is well furnished. Clean, organized. It is not updated. Dining chairs are old and one of them is falling apart. They need to be careful.

I think someone needs to get in to the property and do some fine-tuning. The kitchen sink is falling apart, one of the showers constantly drips water, the vents in the bathroom are so dirty that there’s no way it’s actually using the exhaust fan properly, the bedroom window facing the ocean is very tough shape and one of the bedrooms there is an outlet switch missing - which is a huge fire hazard. All in all is what just ok.

Great place to stay on the beach.

We have stayed at various condos in this area. This condo is in the perfect location. The condo is filthy though. Our feet were black from the floor being so dirty. Alot of maintenance issues within this condo. They need to hire some new cleaners and get a maintenance guy in there.

Got together with Family to enjoy a little R&R

Condo is perfect for large groups and has an exquisite. Prime location for going out out just walking the local strip. Night life, family adventures, and shopping can all be found by just crossing the street!

The balcony floor is very filthy. The closet shelves are dusty. The floor corners are black. The shower curtains amus mildly. Th walls are dirty abs needs painting. Check out was at 10.00 am but the cleaning crew was there at 9.00. We had to leave the room.

Very enjoyable

My family stayed in this unit Aug 23-27. Location was perfect. The ocean view is awesome and being so close to all the restaurant and shops was incredibly convenient. Almost everything you need is within walking distance. Washer and Dryer a huge bonus too. Kitchen and living room was spacious. I would re-rent this unit without a doubt. .

We will definitely be back here. The layout, location, spacious, and direct ocean view was perfect! We had a few maintance items that were taken care of immediately. We will definitely be telling our friends about this place! Thanks for the great memories.

I wanted to give a 4 star but there are things that just need to be addressed. The management company was responsive and helpful when needed and for that I didn’t want to give 3 stars. I appreciate that they made things right when necessary and answered questions.However, the property itself does need some TLC. I understand the need to flip the units fast, however some items are just silly they haven’t been taken care of. The extra furniture in the closets is strange, just remove it. The blinds that another reviewer mentioned have not been fixed. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is a bit light. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and loud. The light in the laundry room just needs switched out. All are super easy fixes. Having beach towels and some beach items included would be a nice touch as most are probably traveling from out of state. I know personally we left behind several beach items that could easily be left with the condo for the next tenants use. Packing beach towels for a family when flying is really inconvenient. Positives: the updated kitchen is very nice, it seemed to have most needed items, although we used paper products. I also like that there is no carpet and leather furniture, it helped to feel a bit cleaner. The location is worth every other thing that went wrong or that wasn’t perfect. Watching the sunset from the balcony and not having far too walk to the beach was incredible. Being walking distance to shops, restaurants and fishing was amazing. If these small things were fixed, I would return to this location. While the building is on the older side, I do think this condo could be 5 stars with some TLC.

the apartment is very well located its view is spectacular but it is very neglected and lacking in maintenance in terms of bathrooms, curtains, faucets and sink that fills with water, it did not have enough toilet paper, or sponge to wash, some controls of the tv without batteries, I would not be there again.

Great stay overall! Few maintenance issues but it was an easy checkin and an amazing location!! Will definitely stay again

After a 9 hr drive and 45 minutes to get into our room (the code given did not work) - entering the property was the only thing on our mind.Once we got our luggage etc unloaded and started looking around, we were shocked at how dirty the condo was. Filthy, actually. (Would love a way to upload my pictures).Also, be prepared to remember a 6 digit code to get in condo, a 4 digit code to get in & out of pool, & a 4 digit code to get to and from the beach, a code for the elevator ....We had a good time, and the condo is in a great place, but replacing furniture & countertops does not help when you leave discarded furniture & parts in closets, leave towels in dryer for guest to find and fold, hair, dirt in bathroom drawers, floors so dirty, your feet get caked in filth, bed/mattress hard and noisy/creakey, all pictures and lampshades crooked, outlet covers coming from wall, dirt/grime in corners, exposed wires....oh, the list goes on! (So do my pictures of it all).Oh, also, contacted the owner 10 hrs before arriving, and still have not heard from them..We would never stay here again

This property and beach are very well maintained. Condo #211 needs some work from the owners. The master bedroom blinds on the door are falling off one by one, the Venetian blinds in the living room are also broke with the pull stick missing. There is a chair on the deck that is not usable with the seat torn as well as a kitchen chair with the back coming apart. The ice maker is broke along with the bottom drawer in the dishwasher. The master bath faucet has been pulled from the wall and leaks water into the tub horribly. The laundry room light will send you into a seizure if you are prone. Now, like I said the property is gorgeous and we felt very safe. The view is amazing from this condo. Just fix up the condo some and it would be worth what we paid.
