Adequate
Very basic functional furniture…lacked a bit of warmth but overall was a good base for us!
Compared to others we have stayed here in ..was very basic! The pool area that this townhouse had access to also lacked character!

Very good
It’s a good location, close to the different beaches and touristic sites. Gas station, supermarket, restaurants are placed close to the location. Silent and peaceful place. It is better to stay there with the car to be able to visit beaches and attractions. I recommend this properly.
There was a problem with wifi connection, but it was fixed next day. Also washing machine in our townhouse wasn’t working. And one of two key fobs from the pool wasn’t working.

A NIGHTMARE
I was just going to let it go and tried to deal but the last day was the last straw! First day: After trying to contact them with no answer, we were driving around lost with the address they SENT TO ME for nearly 1hr. Finally they got back to me and told me the address that’s sent first, wouldn’t get me to the house, but that they sent later the correct address in pdf link. At a later check, It was in the the 3rd email I received out of 5 emails. WHY?!?!!! COULDNT THE RIGHT ADDRESS BE SENT THE THE FIRST TIME?! Who receives an address and then goes and searches for another address in the following emails? Anybody? Off to a bad start Get to the parking of the place we booked for 4 and 2 people can’t make it to the front door, due to mobility issues, as it’s staircase after staircase after staircase after staircase and I am not exaggerating - no mention of this in listing. Their reply...Sorry to hear that 2 wont be able to stay, but house photos show stairs in house so we don’t see a need to inform people of that outside detail (and then in a sarcastic tone) we sent you a week ago our contact information so you had enough time to contact us to see if house suited you. ...I booked less than 24hrs before arrival and as the guest I am getting told sarcastically a lie to top it off???? They have no clue what they doing and how to do things ,clearly!!! House for 4 becomes house for 2 - and all we get is a sarcastic email in reply! Day 2: I decide to reply to inform them that I booked 24hrs before so their response does not apply to me and due to their sarcastic false remark, I inform them also that in their listing they advertise a private pool and there is none!
... They reply, that yes they’ve checked and I did book 24hrs before so their mistake and yes they’ve checked the listing and realized that Booking.com must of placed private pool, they will change that and place an alert for the mobility issue so doesn’t happen again, but no compensation! ...Ummm! Booking.com takes the blame for misguiding clients on listing?! That’s new to me! I’d like to hear Booking.com reply to this one! Day 3 I reply, to end this ordeal, so they can leave me alone and I can have some peace and try relax cause that is why I booked the place, saying that I’m glad they changing their listing not to misguide in the future, because their is no need as the house is great. They should however check on: stove, blocked doesn’t work; leak in kitchen sink so if used you gotta mop the floor afterwards; lamps just decorative as no light bulbs; etc, and finish by informing them that I will be checking out at 11am as stated in listing! ....I write this because on the pdf they send AFTER BOOKING IS DONE they write check-out by 10am, but listing states check-out 11am ....so I decide to give them a heads up to at least have one day of peace. Reply: Thanks. Hope you enjoying! Last day: 10am cleaning is knocking on the door telling me checkout is at 10am, I inform them nicely 11am, politely they leave. If that wasn’t enough....10 minutes later I get a call from management “Cleaning says you still in our house!?!” Enough is enough! These people are useless and rude! I really feel sorry for the owners of this property! I reply “I am in the house I booked until 11am as stated in listing!” Reply, “Oh! Ok, we will go read the listing then.” Really?!!!! They bother me one more time after I’d given them a heads up in the email and they replied, but didn’t even bother reading their own listing?! These 4 days were a NIGHTMARE for us!
